The second preparatory meeting of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce Preparatory Group was successfully held

　　At 2 p.m. on April 10th, the second preparatory meeting of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce Preparatory Group was successfully held in Wenjiang, Chengdu. The conference discussed and preliminarily approved the Chamber of Commerce charter (draft), drafted the organizational structure of the Chamber and the member structure of the first leadership team, voted to approve the election method for the first member representative assembly of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, and preliminarily scheduled specific preparatory matters such as the founding conference of the Chamber.

　　The preparatory work of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce has received strong support and attention from relevant parties in both Chengdu and Ya'an. The conference invited leaders including Zhong Qi, Director of the Membership Department of the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce, Cao Yu, Deputy Director, Wu Xiaobo, Director of the Ya'an Municipal Government Office in Chengdu, Wang Qiang, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Ya'an Municipal Committee, and Zhang Qiang, Secretary General of the Ya'an Federation of Industry and Commerce. They offered valuable opinions and suggestions on the establishment and development of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce and gave important instructions. 　　According to the document "Reply on the Application for the Preparatory Establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce" (2014 No. 9) issued by the Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau, and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Social Organizations," to expedite the establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce and improve matters related to its registration and establishment, the meeting was convened under the chairmanship of Luo Zhengren, leader of the preparatory group. The conference reviewed the progress of the preparatory work of the Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, and under the careful guidance of the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce and the Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau, the leading role of the Ya'an Federation of Industry and Commerce and the United Front Work Department of the Ya'an Municipal Committee, as well as the eager anticipation of society for the establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, the preparatory personnel, mainly from 8 initiating units, actively promoted the implementation of various preparatory tasks. The timing for the formal establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce is gradually maturing.

　　The establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce will play an important role by providing entrepreneurs from Ya'an developing in Chengdu with a platform for resource sharing and win-win cooperation, promoting better unity among social elites, better supporting post-disaster reconstruction work, giving back to their hometown through investment, and promoting faster and better economic development in both Chengdu and Ya'an.

　　At the conference, following the suggestions and instructions of the attending leaders, through enthusiastic discussion and careful voting by the representatives present, the Chamber of Commerce charter (draft) was preliminarily approved, and the organizational structure of the Chamber and the member structure of the first leadership team were initially drafted. The meeting also voted to approve the election method for the first member representative assembly of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, discussed arrangements related to the first member representative assembly and founding conference, and preliminarily scheduled specific preparatory matters such as the founding conference of the Chamber.
