Qianchuan Wooden Doors held the 2014 Model Worker Commendation Conference

　　At 1:30 PM on April 30th, Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. held a grand commendation conference for the 2014 Model Workers. This commendation awarded 10 "Model Worker" awards and 5 "Outstanding Youth" awards. Chairman Luo Zhengren presented the awards to the winning employees. The commendation conference was organized by the Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Trade Union and Party Branch.

　　All employees of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. attended the commendation conference. The awardees came from various departments, including the administrative system, manufacturing system, and marketing system. Among them, some have worked at the company for 12 years, 8 years, and some for 1 year. Regardless of the length of service or position, the image of the model workers represents the most diligent and earnest workers in every position of the company.

　　The 10 recipients of the "Model Worker" award are Luo Jiawei from the Customer Service Department, Jiang Zhiqiong from the Human Resources and Administration Center, Mou Qiang from the Mortise and Tenon Workshop, Huang Yongchang from the Door Frame Workshop, Wang Xingyou from the Panel Workshop, Li Changqiong from Paint Line A, Xian Zongqiu from Paint Line A, Zhang Hongmei from Paint Line B, Ran Sheng from Paint Line B, and Li Jian from the Shipping Department.

　　The 5 recipients of the "Outstanding Youth" award are Chen Xing from the Customer Service Department, Qi Min from the Business Department, Wu Yonghong from the Door Frame Workshop, Zhang Dehui from the Panel Workshop, and Yi Chunshan from the Engineering Technology Department.

　　The winners were selected through multiple rounds of screening and review. First, direct department leaders recommended candidates, then a selection committee composed of company leaders voted on the candidates, and finally, those with the highest votes won.

　　At the award ceremony, the winning employees all wore proud smiles. Everyone was very grateful to Qianchuan for providing them with a platform for development and care.
