Wenjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Visits Qianchuan to Inspect the Construction of Internship Bases for College Graduates

　　To promote the construction of employment internship bases for college graduates and facilitate their full employment, on May 30, Hu Shaohua, Deputy Director of the Talent Center of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Wenjiang District, Chengdu, along with Liang Yuan from the Employment Training Section and Liu Rui from the Talent Center, visited the Chengdu base of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group located in the Cross-Strait Science and Technology Park. They conducted research on Qianchuan Wood Door's capacity to accept college graduates for internships and employment, as well as its training management model, stating that it is expected to establish a college graduate internship base at Qianchuan.

　　It is understood that Qianchuan recruits annually from multiple universities within Sichuan, accepting graduates from various colleges for internships and employment. Moreover, it has signed a long-term cooperation agreement with Southwest University of Science and Technology, serving as the university's educational practice base, providing students with teaching internships and graduation internships, as well as training and education. Over the years, a large portion of the company's employees have been retained after interning and training at Qianchuan. This initiative has effectively promoted the employment of college graduates.

　　The Wenjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau affirmed Qianchuan's efforts in helping university students transition roles, improve employment capabilities, and adapt to social needs. To further strengthen the employment internship work for college graduates and alleviate their employment pressure, the bureau stated that it is currently investigating the construction of internship bases in the park. After multiple inspections and research on Qianchuan, it was stated that Qianchuan has the capability to become a new batch of college graduate internship bases in Chengdu, cultivating application-oriented talents that meet social demands.

　　Leaders of the Wenjiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau stated that the next step will be to promote the construction of the Qianchuan internship base, building a win-win platform for employment and recruitment between college graduates and enterprises. At the same time, enterprises and students can also enjoy financial support and subsidies provided by various levels of government.
