"Na Ma" who takes the vulnerable as the starting point
Becoming a mother is another realm for women and an extension of a relatively perfect life. A woman who has become a mother is like a guardian angel, nurturing her little life with love and hope, adding warmth and meticulousness both in life and work.
With the increasing pace of society and various pressures of life, a group of "hot moms" has emerged. The term "hot mom" originally came from fans of Victoria Beckham, nicknaming her as a spicy girl. It once referred to expectant or new mothers with sexy and hot figures. Over time, with more attention to women's inner beauty, "hot mom" now more often embodies a positive and proactive attitude and image of women who, after major life events, still adjust their mindset, think maturely, manage life orderly, and bravely pursue their dreams. Simply put, a hot mom is about being a better self.

"Mama Na" Dong Na
Dong Na is the secretary of the General Office at Qianchuan Wood Industry Group. She just became a mother earlier this year and has begun to experience the feelings of motherhood. Now, she is persistently pursuing her life dreams while orderly managing her life, taking care of her family and child.
Mama Na is not "hot," but actively returns to work to find her true self.
When talking about the term "hot mom," she laughed heartily and frankly said she has nothing to do with being "hot"; this Na is not that hot. In her view, a hot mom is a young mother who dresses fashionably, has a hot figure, and a beautiful face. She joked about her own figure, saying she hasn't returned to her pre-pregnancy shape yet and is slightly plump, but more importantly, she has gained a sense of responsibility and love. From her heart, she believes a hot mom should be independent, able to balance family and career well, and have a positive and upward mindset.
Therefore, a 100% housewife life is rare in her eyes. "I don't want to and can't just be a housewife; I still want to work. Work brings more things to learn and experience. Housewives revolve daily around pots, pans, and a small environment. Without work, there is no good social circle, and naturally, personality becomes isolated. Also, if you only revolve around the child every day, you can't set a good example for her because educating children is very important. It also motivates oneself to work harder to create a good educational environment and resources for the child. Work also provides a richer material foundation for family life, which is the fundamental guarantee of a happy life."
As the saying goes, you don't know the hardships of parents until you become one. Dong Na, having become a mother, also feels the pressures of life but understands responsibility and tolerance more. The child has become the focus, the bond and harmonizer of family life. She and her husband have become more considerate, understanding, and tolerant of each other. She frankly admits this change is quite strange; unconsciously, this awareness has formed and even influences her behavior. She laughs, "I used to be very straightforward and impatient, but after having the child, maternal instincts overflowed, and I became much gentler. During breaks at work, I always take time to call my family and ask about the child's condition."
Mama Na is not strong but strives to make herself strong.
During pregnancy, if not judging by her figure, you wouldn't associate Dong Na with being pregnant. She carried a big belly but remained active, walking briskly, even jogging a bit, and handling tasks efficiently. Company leaders and colleagues reminded her many times to walk slower and call if needed, but she insisted on handing over tasks personally.
Even as a pregnant woman, Dong Na rarely took leave and worked in an orderly manner. "The first three months, my body was a bit uncomfortable. During a prenatal check, the doctor advised bed rest, but I felt it was no big deal and still went to work the next day." Talking about this, Dong Na showed a casual attitude, saying her personality is easygoing and carefree. She said, "I can't spoil myself or use pregnancy as an excuse to avoid work or rely too much on others."
She is grateful and thanks the company leaders for reducing her workload during pregnancy, and colleagues who shared much of her work. She said, "As long as the baby is healthy, going to work is even better for pregnant women. The routine helps regulate symptoms like morning sickness." The company now has several employees about to become mothers. As someone experienced, she hopes everyone maintains a good mindset and exercises appropriately, which benefits both mother and child's physical and mental health and smooth delivery.
Mama Na is unpredictable but works seriously, cautiously, and steadily.
Talking about her connection with Qianchuan, she showed her naive side, "Actually, before coming, I hadn't really understood Qianchuan and didn't know what it did." This makes one sigh—such a careless job search, no clue but still daring to accept the offer.
But once she came for the company interview, she immediately found the feeling; the attraction points stood out instantly. She said, "That day, walking into the office building and arriving at the showroom, I was suddenly dazzled. The high-end decoration style and exquisite beautiful wooden door products immediately attracted me. Another point was the great working atmosphere; everyone was seriously working, unlike environments I had experienced before. At the end of the day, no one packed up early or left on time; everyone stayed to finish their tasks, which deeply impressed me."
In June 2011, Dong Na formed an inseparable bond with Qianchuan. She started in the Business Department during a period of severe delays, bearing great psychological pressure because she didn't understand wooden doors, the industry, or business work. Everything started from zero, and she felt very uncertain, but she persisted with enthusiasm. Talking about that time, Dong Na still feels emotional, "As a business specialist representing Qianchuan's service window communicating with dealers and customers, I was in a high-speed state daily, not only communicating with customers but also reviewing orders. At that time, Qianchuan's sales surged, and order volume was huge. Coupled with my lack of experience, I often had to work overtime at home, sometimes reviewing orders until early morning, even dreaming about work."
Talking about these now, she feels more calm. But she still appreciates those hard days, which gave her a clearer understanding of door styles, structures, and materials, and taught her how to communicate well and persist in doing every small thing well.
In July 2012, Dong Na was transferred to the General Office as a secretary responsible for the preliminary review of various company invoices and documents. This time, she knew she would face senior company leaders, with greater pressure and the need to improve her abilities, but she accepted it gladly and cherished the opportunity. How to do the tasks assigned by leaders well? How to gain their recognition? How to handle reception work? These questions led her to gradually get on track through exploration and learning.
"When looking at things, one must consider multiple aspects and look more deeply, not just at the surface," she said. "When I first arrived at the General Manager's Office, this was the first sentence General Manager Luo Botao told me, and it has greatly influenced me, constantly shaping my thinking and approach in my work."
Mama Na is not talented, but she perseveres in studying hard.
During the conversation, Dong Na often lamented that she felt she had no special skills or outstanding talents. She was well aware of her shortcomings and flaws, and the shadow of insecurity often loomed over her. Avoidance is definitely not the best way to solve problems, so Dong Na learned to face issues head-on and to learn new knowledge and skills she did not understand.
She told reporters that she is very busy every day, working during the day and taking care of the child after work. Regarding this state, she hopes to cherish the present, do her job well, and find a balance between work and family life. Most importantly, she hopes to improve herself. "Because my own conditions are not very good, I need to work harder, learn from colleagues who do well, and seek advice from company leaders." Dong Na said she saw decisiveness in the chairman as a decision-maker, the hard work and struggle of the second-generation door enterprise from the general manager, who works diligently and rigorously with passion, and the responsibility of leaders in various departments. Although we cannot reach this level now, we must learn how to work and behave from them.
Currently, competition in the wooden door industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and company leaders bear greater responsibilities, carrying the mission of Qianchuan's growth and development. She is full of confidence and hope for Qianchuan's future. As a small employee and secretary in the General Manager's Office, she says she will do her job well, stay positive, and learn and practice actively.
At Qianchuan, Dong Na achieved two of the most important events in her life: getting married and having a child. She hopes to achieve better results at Qianchuan in the future, taking one step at a time and doing every task earnestly. She said, "Those flashy and unrealistic dreams and expectations are too far away; it's better to cherish the present and seize the moment. Work is for a better life, and life is also for better work."
Women who have become mothers understand life better; their thoughts become richer through experience, and life becomes more charming through maturity. Best wishes to every mother at Qianchuan!
