Waste gas is automatically purified after passing through the water curtain, removing dust, water-soluble substances, and large particles from the waste gas. The sewage settles in the sedimentation tank and then enters the circulation tank. It is pumped back to the top of the dust removal tower by a water pump, reforming the water curtain to purify the waste gas, enabling the system to recycle. This not only reduces operating costs but also has good dust removal and purification effects. At the same time, the system can effectively purify the exhaust pipe during operation, carrying away dust accumulated inside the exhaust pipe to prevent blockage. Additionally, the drying room designed on the exhaust pipe can recover and utilize residual heat from the waste gas.
