NetEase Home 3.15 After-Sales Service Survey: Qianchuan Wooden Doors Scores 92, Ranking Third
2015 NetEase 315 "Home Furnishing Enterprise After-sales Service Survey", conducted over more than a month spanning the new year, covering 11 home furnishing industries and more than 300 brands.

NetEase home furnishing investigators simulated product quality issues encountered by netizens at three different time periods on weekdays and holidays to investigate the quality of after-sales service of enterprises. The scoring items included whether the after-sales service phone number could be found conveniently and quickly, whether the after-sales phone call was charged, call connection rate, service attitude, and whether complaints could receive professional solutions.
Door and window brands recover from the low point with an average score; Qianchuan Wood Door ranks third with 92 points.

Among the 14 door and window brands surveyed, the average score was 77.86 points. Qianchuan ranked third with 92 points, just one point behind the second place. Boyi, Chuntian, and Boliang scored 58, 41, and 39 points respectively, occupying the only three failing positions.
Scores vary greatly; average score reaches the highest in four years.
From the "2015 NetEase 315 Survey Door and Window Brand After-sales Score Ranking", it can be seen that the scores of door and window brands show the characteristics of "high scores concentrated, large gap between high and low".
Among the 14 door and window brands, 9 brands including 3D Wood Door, Moser, Qianchuan Wood Door, TATA, Jiangshan Oupai, Huangpai, Runcheng Chuangzhan, Yitong, and Senying scored concentrated between 90 and 93 points, while no brand scored between 71 and 89 points. Boliang ranked last with 39 points, falling behind by 54 points compared to the first place in the ranking of only 14 brands.





In this survey, the problem resolution rate in the door and window industry reached 73.21%, with very good and good solutions accounting for 52.38% and 21.43% respectively.
Outstanding brands such as 3D and Qianchuan actively inquired about issues like "strong wood door odor", "wood door not fitting the door frame", and "loose wood door", not only providing guidance but also offering contact information of local dealers, recording customer order numbers, and promising to arrange technicians for on-site service.
