Qianchuan Wooden Doors becomes a founding member of the Sichuan Forestry Enterprises "Going Global" Alliance

　　Recently, the "Going Global" Alliance of Sichuan Forestry Enterprises was officially inaugurated in Chengdu. Deputy Director Bao Jianhua of the Forestry Department attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Fifteen founding units including Qianchuan Wood Industry, Shengda Forest Products, Xilin Group, Fusenmei Home Furnishing, and Hongji Wood Industry, as well as representatives from member enterprises such as Quanyou Furniture, Haodidao Company, and Yangtze River Afforestation Bureau, along with more than 60 officials from the Provincial Forestry Department, Provincial Development and Reform Commission, and other departments participated in the meeting. Representatives from Luzhou Lingang Industrial Park, Chengdu Railway Container Center Station, the China-Myanmar Friendship Association, and the Russian Sichuan Chamber of Commerce were specially invited to attend.

　　The meeting elected the first executive chairman and members of the presidium of the Sichuan Forestry Enterprises "Going Global" Alliance, and reviewed the management measures of the alliance. Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, as one of the founding units of the alliance, had its chairman Luo Zhengren elected as the vice chairman of the alliance.

　　Deputy Director Bao Jianhua of the Forestry Department pointed out in his speech that the establishment of the Sichuan Forestry Enterprises "Going Global" Alliance is an important measure to implement the central government's new economic development strategy under the "Belt and Road" initiative and the provincial party committee and government’s requirements for Sichuan enterprises to "go global" and integrate into the international economic development strategy. It is a significant move for Sichuan forestry to build a new pattern of an open forestry economy around the overall goals of "stabilizing growth, promoting reform, adjusting structure, and benefiting people's livelihood." It plays an important role in promoting the province's economic and social development and building mutually beneficial and win-win foreign economic and trade relations.

　　Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, leveraging its positive influence in the wooden door industry and its outstanding contributions to China's forestry industry, was recognized in 2013 by the Provincial Forestry Department as a "Provincial Leading Forestry Industrialization Enterprise." In the same year, it joined the Sichuan Forestry Industry Association as an executive director unit; in 2015, it was upgraded to vice chairman unit of the Sichuan Forestry Industry Association. During the preparation and establishment of the Sichuan Forestry Enterprises "Going Global" Alliance, Qianchuan Wood Doors actively participated, hoping to develop together with various forestry industry units through the "Going Global" alliance, scientifically integrate domestic and international resources; accelerate the enhancement of Sichuan forestry's benefits and status in the sustainable management of international forest resources; uphold the spirit of peace, communication, understanding, tolerance, cooperation, and win-win; actively improve local livelihoods; and establish a good image of Sichuan enterprises.
