Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, attended the anniversary celebration of the establishment of the Ya'an Chamber of Commerce

　　On July 24, 2015, the first anniversary celebration of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce was grandly held in Chengdu. Luo Zhengren, President of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group, attended the celebration and delivered an important speech.

　　The Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce was established with the support of the governments and relevant departments of Ya'an City and Chengdu City. It was initiated and organized by eight founding units including Qianchuan Wood Industry Group. It is a non-profit civil organization voluntarily formed by industrial and commercial personnel of Ya'an origin engaged in production and business activities in Chengdu in accordance with the law. It was officially registered with the Chengdu Civil Affairs Bureau on May 15, 2014, and held its founding ceremony on July 25, 2014.

　　To celebrate the first anniversary of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, more than 150 people attended the conference, including Fu Zhikang, former mayor of Ya'an City, former deputy director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture, and deputy director of the Agricultural Committee of the Provincial CPPCC; Wu Wanjin, former deputy political commissar of the Sichuan Provincial Armed Police Corps; Sun Guangze, vice chairman of the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce; Wu Xiaobo, director of the Ya'an Municipal Government Office in Chengdu; Zheng Chaobin, deputy secretary-general of the Ya'an Municipal Government and director of the Investment Promotion Bureau; Wang Qiang, deputy minister of the United Front Work Department of the Ya'an Municipal Committee and party secretary of the Federation of Industry and Commerce; Zhang Qiang, secretary-general of the Ya'an Federation of Industry and Commerce; Ran Hongjun, deputy director of the Ya'an Municipal Government Office in Chengdu; Shi Yonghong, director of the Business Department of Ya'an Rural Commercial Bank; representatives of chambers of commerce from other places in Chengdu; and chamber members.

　　The conference began with a speech by Luo Zhengren, President of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of Qianchuan Wood Industry Group. He briefly summarized and commented on the achievements of the chamber over the past year, expressed sincere thanks on behalf of the chamber to leaders and friends from all walks of life who supported and cared for the chamber's development, and put forward new requirements for future work. President Luo stated, "In the future work of the chamber, we must seize every minute and second, act with urgency, and work on the development of the chamber with an unrelenting attitude." Specifically, this includes establishing rules and regulations to improve the chamber's system; comprehensively developing the chamber's economy to enhance the ability of "supporting the chamber through the chamber"; expanding the chamber's team and doing a good job in member development; increasing the chamber's visibility and actively participating in external liaison activities; strengthening communication among members to promote win-win cooperation among member enterprises; building a service-oriented chamber to safeguard members' interests; and enhancing the secretariat's innovation capacity to conscientiously implement various tasks.

　　A single flower does not make spring; a hundred flowers bloom to fill the garden with spring. Since the organization and preparation for the establishment of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce in 2013, President Luo has wholeheartedly led the chamber's development, narrowed the distance between the chamber and government departments at all levels, utilized the chamber's overall strength, leveraged collective wisdom and organizational functions, helped guide chamber enterprises, and provided excellent services to chamber members, truly realizing the chamber's purpose of "communication, cooperation, development, and win-win."

　　During the celebration, Luo Zhengren, President of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce, also accepted on behalf of the chamber a calligraphy and painting work by Major General Zhu Hongde, gifted by the Chengdu Zunyi Chamber of Commerce for the celebration. Together with Executive Vice Presidents Jiang Fenglin, Zhang Zhongwei, Chen Bin, and Liu Tianbao, he went on stage to raise a toast and sing about Ya'an, kicking off the celebration banquet and joining attendees in singing "Happy Birthday."

　　In a joyful and harmonious atmosphere, the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce celebration gala was also a grand event about looking forward to the future and developing the chamber. In the final part of the celebration, President Luo Zhengren shared hometown feelings and discussed development with attendees, saying, "In future work, we will continuously explore and improve together, with all member units working hard under the correct guidance of leaders from both Chengdu and Ya'an, united as one, rowing in the same boat, making dedicated contributions, developing together, achieving win-win results, and jointly striving to open up a new chapter in the chamber's work!"
