Qianchuan Wooden Doors held the 2016 "March 8th Red Banner Holder" Commendation Conference

　　Accompanied by the passionate "Resolute Roses," on the morning of March 8th, International Women's Day, all female employees of Qianchuan Wooden Doors gathered at the factory square to hold the 2016 "March 8th Red Banner Holder" commendation conference. Three outstanding female employees from the Manufacturing Center were awarded the honorary title of "March 8th Red Banner Holder." Ms. Yang Qin, Vice Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, and General Manager Luo Baitao attended the conference and presented awards to the winners.

　　Chinese women possess the virtues of diligence, bravery, and wisdom. It is often said that women hold up half the sky. The women of Qianchuan also support half the sky for the company, fulfilling their duties in their respective positions and making important contributions to the development and growth of Qianchuan's business. After multiple rounds of recommendations and a public, fair, and just selection process by various centers and departments, three female employees from the Manufacturing Center—Zhang Qun from the Mortise and Tenon Workshop, Li Yuxian from Paint Line A, and Shu Ping from Paint Line C—were named the 2014 "March 8th Red Banner Holders." They fully demonstrated the spirit of striving and progress that "women are not inferior to men" and are representatives of Qianchuan's outstanding female employees.

　　Zhang Qun from the Mortise and Tenon Workshop: Responsible and conscientious at work, she has maintained an efficient work style for eight years, maximizing the use of leftover materials.

　　Li Yuxian from Paint Line A: Diligent and hardworking, strictly controlling product quality; she dares to try new products and new processes, is good at learning and sharing; she can promptly report product quality issues to avoid production delays.

　　Shu Ping from Paint Line C: Responsible and conscientious at work, eager to learn and ask questions, good at summarizing; she attaches great importance to product quality, firmly refusing to accept or pass on defective products, strictly controlling quality.
