New Normal, New Development — Luo Zheng, Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, Attended the National Training on Transformation and Innovation Development of Private Enterprises at the National Academy of Governance

　　From June 22 to 26, 2016, the "Fourth National Private Enterprise Transformation and Innovation Development Training Course under the New Normal" was held at the National Academy of Governance, hosted by the China Private Technology Promotion Association and organized by the Beijing Huashang Management Science Research Institute. Fan Xiaohong, Deputy Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Chengdu Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Chengdu Federation of Industry and Commerce, Liao Yongqing, Vice Chairman of the Luzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce in Sichuan Province, Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, and more than one hundred government officials and private entrepreneurs participated together.

　　The training course invited experts from authoritative domestic institutions for a five-day specialized project training, including Ma Xiaohe, Deputy Director of the Macroeconomic Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission; Yuan Qingpeng, Vice President of the China Private Technology Promotion Association; Lu Changquan, President of Beijing Zanbo Marketing Management Co., Ltd.; Li Tuo, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the National Academy of Governance; Du Jifeng, Partner at Beijing Dacheng Law Offices; Wang Zhongjie, Deputy Director of the China Public Assets Research Center at Tsinghua University; Shi Yajun, Professor at Beijing Agricultural College; Feng Tao, Specially Appointed Expert of the China Human Resources Development Association; and Zhang Feng, Vice President and Professor at the Central Institute of Socialism.

　　During the training, the experts systematically reviewed and guided specific topics in the form of case studies, including "The 13th Five-Year Plan and Supply-Side Reform," "Transformation, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Development of Private Enterprises under the New Normal," "Government and Social Capital Cooperation (PPP) Investment and Financing Models, Policies, and Legal Risk Prevention," "Corporate Governance and Capital Operations," "Integration of Modern Agriculture into Elderly Care and Tourism Models," and "Communication and Management of the New Generation of Employees."

　　Mr. Yuan Qingpeng, Vice President of the China Private Technology Promotion Association and President of the Beijing Huashang Management Science Research Institute, led all entrepreneurs to visit and inspect the Badaling General Aviation Airport and experience flying. He also introduced "Opportunities, Strategies, and Business Models for Chinese Private Entrepreneurs Investing in General Aviation on the Eve of Low-Altitude Airspace Opening."

　　Chairman Luo Zhengren stated that through the training and on-site study and inspection, horizons were broadened, and the innovative spirit and concepts of current private enterprise transformation and upgrading were learned, providing important decision-making basis for the transformation and breakthrough of the wooden door industry.
