　　At the celebration, Evergrande Group Chairman Xu Jiayin delivered a speech recounting the company's 20-year development journey, revealing the hardships endured and sharing the management secrets behind Evergrande's rapid growth. His brief five-minute speech received sustained applause from the audience. He also announced that Evergrande has now entered a development strategy phase of "diversification + scale + brand," implementing the seventh "three-year plan" focused on "strengthening the foundation and diversified development." By 2020, Evergrande aims to have total assets exceeding 3 trillion yuan and an annual real estate sales volume exceeding 600 billion yuan.

　　The partnership between Qianchuan Wooden Doors and Evergrande Group began in 2010, spanning six years of challenges and growth. This period coincided with Evergrande's rapid expansion and vigorous development.
