To thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, strengthen the construction of clean culture in the new era, educate and guide cadres and employees to enhance their consciousness of not wanting to be corrupt, further unify thoughts, uplift spirits, and fully leverage the role of clean culture in enterprise management, operation, and production, in June 2023, Qianchuan Doors and Windows actively organized a clean culture knowledge learning activity themed "Promote Integrity, Foster Clean Conduct, and Stabilize Growth."
This clean culture knowledge learning activity adopted a method where the leadership team led by example and each department learned by benchmarking. Focusing on education to uphold integrity and demonstration to promote integrity, it vigorously promoted new trends of upright conduct, allowing the concepts of clean operation, clean use of power, and clean professional conduct to truly take root in people's hearts, providing disciplinary guarantees for the enterprise to achieve orderly, standardized, efficient, and high-quality leapfrog development.
Leadership team leads by example. Members of the leadership team took the lead in deeply studying the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era, the series of important speeches by General Secretary Xi Jinping, the spirit of the Central Eight Provisions, and party discipline and regulations. They set an example from the top, internalizing clean culture in their hearts and externalizing it in their actions, earnestly practicing clean use of power, clean self-cultivation, and clean family management.
Departments learn by benchmarking. Each department, based on its own needs, carried out this clean culture knowledge learning in various forms, including clean education warning meetings, clean culture lectures, and clean discussion meetings. Through watching clean education warning films and discussing typical positive and negative cases, employees were better able to recognize the importance of clean self-discipline from the cases, gaining inspiration and reference, continuously strengthening their own ideological defense line of integrity.
The clean culture knowledge learning activity carried out by Qianchuan Doors and Windows provided an important learning platform for all cadres and employees, promoting the in-depth development of the enterprise's clean culture. Through the educational learning activities, cadres and employees expressed that they further enhanced their understanding of clean operation, improved their awareness of clean self-discipline, and stated that they would practice the concept of integrity with concrete actions, jointly creating a clean and upright professional atmosphere within the enterprise.
