Empowering Terminals | Qianchuan Doors and Windows Cooljia Offline Training Successfully Concluded
Recently, after conducting a 7-day online training on KuJiaLe, Qianchuan Doors and Windows launched an offline practical design training course at the Chengdu base. The company formulated a targeted two-day plan to consolidate and deeply explain certain aspects. Through basic hard decoration entry courses, rendering improvement courses, and advanced tool courses for drawing special-shaped models, it aims to strengthen frontline sales staff's basic design skills, enhance designers' professional design capabilities, and further empower Qianchuan Doors and Windows' terminal stores' business service levels.
With the boost of innovation and technology, people's demand for quality of life continues to rise. Personalization and customization are becoming mainstream home trends. Consumers have increasingly higher requirements for overall home effects and experiences, making it necessary to establish a comprehensive design marketing system.
Part Ⅰ
Reasonable layered teaching, Targeted and effective results
In an era of information explosion, refining precise content is the key to effective learning. Through systematic planning, the layered teaching content structure has been finely polished. For frontline store sales staff with zero foundation, comprehensive training on basic tools is needed. By demonstrating operations such as "searching house types + intelligent design + quick rendering," everyone can master the ability to quickly produce drawings. The presentation of renderings relies on practitioners' aesthetic awareness. To help learners improve basic aesthetic concepts, the "Rendering Improvement" course progresses step by step, closely linked, and strengthens design skills in a ladder-like manner. Combining theory and practice, it achieves a breakthrough from zero to one.
Part Ⅱ
What is learned from books feels shallow; habit formation is very important
What is learned from books feels shallow; true understanding requires practice. To motivate and cultivate good design thinking and drawing habits, the company's marketing department formulated a group PK plan. Learners were divided into 7 groups with a "senior mentoring junior" lineup. Points were awarded based on the completeness of space plans, quality of works, classroom activity, etc. According to the final points of each group, prizes were awarded to the winning groups. To avoid falling behind, "newcomers" actively learned from "veterans" within groups, with lively discussions even late at night in group chats. After a two-day learning battle, all learners were able to independently complete design works.
After the training, based on learners' daily performance and classroom points, excellent plans and outstanding learners were selected and certificates were awarded on site. It is hoped that Qianchuan Doors and Windows' frontline marketing backbones will continue to work hard, deeply explore more aspects of design tools, and apply what they have learned.
In the future, terminal store sales will definitely be design-oriented sales. "We will apply what we have learned to truly improve efficiency, reduce costs, and seek sales through design dominance, bringing a 'what you see is what you get' service experience to more consumers."
