The company's General Manager Luo Baitao accompanied the visit to the automated wooden door production workshop and reported to Mayor Liu on the company's production and operation, market sales, technological innovation, upstream and downstream support, and development strategy. Luo Baitao stated that over the past three years, Qianchuan has overcome adverse factors such as repeated outbreaks of the pandemic and real estate market regulation, continuously expanded the market, and optimized the customer structure; it has continuously promoted technological transformation and upgrades, maintaining a leading position in production processes and product quality within the industry; focusing on safe production, green production, intelligent manufacturing, and lean management, it has been operating at full capacity. The output value of the Hubei base has steadily increased, with tax revenue close to 100 million yuan in 2022. In the future, supported by state-owned capital, Qianchuan will achieve qualitative leaps in credit rating, market scale, contract performance capability, and product competitiveness, thereby making greater contributions to the high-quality economic and social development of the region.

After listening to the report, Mayor Liu praised Qianchuan Doors and Windows for maintaining steady development despite numerous difficulties and fully affirmed the company's contributions to the local economic and social development. He encouraged the enterprise to strengthen its confidence in development, play a leading role as a flagship enterprise, fully leverage its advantages, continuously increase investment in research and development, actively expand investment and enhance production capacity, and continuously consolidate and expand the market to gain greater development space.

Liu Jie emphasized the need to focus on the theme of high-quality development, highlight the requirements of "high" and "new," further cultivate leading industries, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises to promote high-quality development through practical actions. She stated that the entire city should strengthen policy coordination and connection, give full play to the government's organizational role in supporting leading enterprises, and accelerate the transformation of accumulated advantages into winning momentum.
