Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, was invited to attend the globally renowned Sichuan Businessmen Symposium to jointly discuss the development of Sichuan.

　　To further establish the Sichuan business brand image, promote the spirit of Sichuan merchants, enhance the cohesion of Sichuan merchants, and drive Sichuan merchants to create new brilliance in the new opportunities for leapfrog development in Sichuan, on November 2, the Sichuan Provincial Government held a symposium for globally renowned Sichuan merchants in Chengdu.

　　Yin Li, Deputy Secretary of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Sichuan Province, attended the symposium and delivered a speech. Tang Limin, Secretary-General of the Provincial Government, also attended the meeting. Chen Guanghao, Director of the Sichuan Provincial Investment Promotion Bureau and Director of the Provincial Major Projects Office, presided over the meeting. Heads of domestic and overseas business associations, representatives of Sichuan merchants, and relevant provincial government department leaders participated in the meeting.

　　Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, attended the meeting as Vice President of the Sichuan Merchants Association and President of the Chengdu Ya'an Chamber of Commerce. He joined more than 180 Sichuan merchant representatives including Liu Yonghao, President of the Sichuan Merchants Association and Chairman of New Hope Group; Wang Gang, President of the Beijing Sichuan Enterprise Chamber of Commerce; Luo Xiangbin, President of the Zhejiang Sichuan Chamber of Commerce; Liu Zujun, President of the Canadian Sichuan General Chamber of Commerce; Luo Yuping, Chairman of Zhongtian Urban Investment Group; Guo Yong, Chairman of Sichuan Energy Investment Group; and Yang Keng, Chairman of Blu-ray Group, to jointly plan new development for Sichuan merchants, actively respond to the call for returning home to start businesses, fulfill social responsibilities, and promote Sichuan's economic and social development.

　　At the conference, Governor Yin Li expressed gratitude for the tremendous contributions made by global Sichuan merchants to Sichuan's economic and social development, and put forward four hopes to the attending Sichuan merchants.

　　First, it is hoped that Sichuan merchants will further strengthen their confidence in returning home for development. Sichuan's development conditions are more complete, development opportunities are more favorable, and the development environment is better, which will create better conditions for Sichuan merchants to return home to invest and start businesses.

　　Second, it is hoped that Sichuan merchants will further increase industrial cooperation with Sichuan, focusing on Sichuan's advanced manufacturing, modern service industries, and agricultural industries, identifying key points and breakthroughs to achieve win-win development with Sichuan.

　　Third, it is hoped that Sichuan merchants will further enhance comprehensive innovation and reform cooperation with Sichuan, fully participate in various innovations in Sichuan, increase investment in innovative industries, deepen participation in military-civilian integration development, and strengthen the construction of scientific and technological innovation platforms.

　　Fourth, it is hoped that Sichuan merchants will actively engage in the great cause of poverty alleviation, actively carry out personal poverty alleviation by entrepreneurs, innovate social poverty alleviation methods, invest and start businesses in impoverished areas, provide skills training, create employment, and participate in poverty alleviation and development.

　　Regarding further strengthening work related to Sichuan merchants, Governor Yin Li emphasized: first, to effectively coordinate services and promptly help returning Sichuan merchants solve specific problems; second, to promote the implementation of policies related to Sichuan merchants returning home for development and maintain policy continuity and stability; third, to strive to create a favorable environment for Sichuan merchants returning home for development.
