On August 7th, Li Jiafeng, President of the China Timber & Wood Products Distribution Association, visited the Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base for research and guidance. Entrusted by General Manager Luo Baitao, Fu Jianzhao, Director of the Hubei Manufacturing Center, warmly welcomed President Li and his delegation, accompanied them to visit the intelligent production workshop, and provided detailed introductions on the company's production, supply, sales, technology R&D applications, and digital information construction. They also had in-depth exchanges on industry development directions and other issues.

Fu Jianzhao stated that Qianchuan's development cannot be separated from the care and support of the association. After years of development, Qianchuan has made significant progress in business expansion, intelligent manufacturing, and innovative research and development.

President Li said that as a leading enterprise in the national wooden door industry, the China Timber & Wood Products Distribution Association has always attached great importance to and cared about Qianchuan's development. This was his second visit to Qianchuan for inspection and research. After the visit, President Li mentioned that the domestic COVID-19 sporadic outbreaks, combined with external factors such as the China-US trade war and the Russia-Ukraine conflict, have caused blockages and bottlenecks in China's wood industry supply chain. However, opportunities also lie within challenges. Currently, China's per capita wood consumption is only about 0.4 cubic meters, compared to 1.73 cubic meters in the United States and nearly 1 cubic meter as the world average. The gap in per capita wood consumption between China and developed countries like Europe and the US is significant, which means there is still great potential for development in China's wood and wood products industry consumer market. We have a market with 1.58 billion market entities and over 400 million of the world's largest middle-income group widely participating in this super-large-scale market. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards and quality, orderly urbanization, and the rigid and improved demand for real estate driving wood product demand, there is still great potential to be tapped. It is expected that the wooden door industry market will exceed 200 billion yuan in 2022, with the engineering wooden door market continuing rapid growth as the penetration rate of fine decoration increases year by year. In the next two years, the engineering wooden door market size will each exceed 40 billion yuan.

Against the backdrop of an overall industry downturn, Qianchuan has bucked the trend in the past two years through expanding sales channels, strengthening technological transformation and upgrades, and optimizing the supply chain, achieving steady and positive development.
