Qianchuan Wooden Doors has become one of only two furniture manufacturing industrial B-level environmental protection enterprises in Sichuan.

To actively and effectively respond to heavy pollution weather, comply with national energy conservation and emission reduction policies, further emphasize precise pollution control, scientific pollution control, and law-based pollution control, and protect the health of the people, according to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment's "Technical Guidelines for Emergency Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries during Heavy Pollution Weather (2020 Revision)" (Huanban Atmospheric Letter [2020] No. 340) and the notice on issuing the "Supplementary Explanation on Performance Grading and Emission Reduction Measures for Key Industries during Heavy Pollution Weather" (Huanban Express Letter [2021] No. 341), and based on the principles of openness, fairness, justice, and transparency, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment organized the performance rating work for key industry enterprises. After enterprise self-assessment, grading review, on-site verification, and expert panel review, 40 enterprises passed the B (including B-) level enterprise review. In this rating, 2 enterprises in the Sichuan furniture manufacturing industry passed, with Qianchuan Wooden Door, as a benchmark in the wooden door industry, becoming a B-level environmentally friendly enterprise in Sichuan's furniture manufacturing industry.

In terms of technological improvement, in recent years, the company has greatly increased capital investment to upgrade and renovate production equipment. It has rearranged the UV roller coating primer line, UV roller coating topcoat line, and automatic reciprocating spray painting machine. Qianchuan Wooden Door's UV paint products fully use an efficient coating system and adopt high-efficiency waste gas treatment equipment, resulting in NMHC emission rates of 0.098 kg/h and 0.012 kg/h respectively, meeting the requirement of NMHC emission rate < 2 kg/h. According to the production process requirements in the technical guidelines, Qianchuan Wooden Door's UV roller coating production line meets the B-level requirements.

In terms of comprehensive management, while ensuring quality and schedule, the company has established environmental awareness among all on-site employees, set up an Environmental Safety Section, equipped with dedicated environmental protection personnel, and possesses a high level of environmental management capability. It focuses on details from the smallest aspects and builds from the foundation to ensure both product quality and environmental protection are firmly maintained.
