On August 18, Pan Guolin, a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Huanggang Municipal People's Government, led a delegation to inspect the construction of the Qianchuan technical renovation project and the normalized epidemic prevention and control work at the Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base. Pan Guolin pointed out that promoting industrial technical renovation projects is a strong support for enterprises to maintain growth, adjust structure, and promote transformation, and is also an effective guarantee to cope with various risks and challenges. For enterprises, first, they must restore production and living order under normalized prevention and control. They must be consistent, with strictness as the priority, emphasizing and persisting in prevention and control work without relaxation; second, epidemic prevention and development must both be ensured. Enterprises should cooperate within industrial clusters, organize online matchmaking meetings, fully leverage the leading role of key enterprises, and focus on solving three major problems: capacity recovery, supply chain management, and recruitment difficulties; third, adhere to bottom-line thinking with external prevention of importation and internal prevention of rebound. On one hand, the defense line must be solid, and external prevention and control work must not be relaxed; on the other hand, internal prevention and control work must be cautious and persistent.
