To further enhance team cohesion and forge a disciplined, skilled, and battle-ready Qianchuan Iron Army. On July 10, after two full days of the Engineering Marketing Center's mid-year meeting, the Qianchuan Wood Door Engineering team welcomed the long-awaited team-building event. "Showcasing Qianchuan's style, uniting team strength" — the Qianchuan Wood Door Engineering Marketing Center's expansion training kicked off.

At 8 a.m., the Qianchuan Engineering Iron Army had already gathered to head to the expansion base. After a brief rest, everyone officially entered the training. When the coach sounded the assembly call, the team members quickly got into the zone, each full of passion and looking forward to today's challenge of wisdom and strength.

First was the ice-breaking group division. The "Little Iron Fist Team," "Wolf Warriors," "Invincible Squad," and "Pioneer Team" not only had fierce names but also morale-boosting team flags and slogans. Everyone was full of fighting spirit, showing their determination and belief to win for the team.

Riding the wind and breaking the waves, working together in the same boat.

Team members had to step on only five "planks" per team to quickly cross to the destination. During the race against time to land on the shore, feet could not leave the "planks."

Pooling wisdom, the wise reign.

With a 60-second time limit, each team sent one representative to compete. Team members cooperated outside the field, racing against time. This unconventional game tested everyone's ability to break habitual thinking, adapt quickly, make decisions, and collaborate.

Entering the mini-game session, everyone relaxed to prepare for the bigger challenges ahead. Team members were fully engaged, listening to the coach's slogans and quickly and sensitively responding with corresponding actions and expressions.

The war drum beats loudly with grandeur, iron horses and golden spears tread the expedition path. Forming a circle around the drum, each team member held a rope to keep the drum surface balanced while bouncing balls on the drum in a PK match; the team with the most balls wins.

Perfect combination, winning from afar.

Team members each held a groove pipe to transport marbles, running in a relay loop until the marbles reached the destination. The team that transported the most marbles within the time limit won.

United and striving forward, courageously advancing.

In the fierce competitions of beach landing, rapid 60 seconds, stirring hearts, and marbles traveling a thousand miles, everyone worked together to face challenges and overcome the multiple obstacles set by the coach.

Finally, the group style display: everyone tightly held the rope to form a circle, and each team representative challenged walking on the suspended rope.

Facing the sunrise and accompanied by the sunset, a day of intense and fulfilling expansion training came to an end amid everyone's passion, unity, and hard work.

Fighting alone has limited strength; united, we are invincible. A whole day of team-building training with multiple challenges deeply made everyone feel the spirit and power of team cohesion, where individual burdens coexist with team glory.
