Following the current family model of elderly and children, this layout features four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, and one kitchen, with a square layout, all facing south, double-sided lighting, clear and transparent, meeting the needs of a family.

The overall style is warm and elegant, simple and luxurious. The color scheme mainly uses light beige and warm brown, combining materials such as solid wood, ceramic panels, fabric, and metal, delicately outlining the gentle warmth and elegant modern style.

Living and Dining Room

The living and dining room features a 7.2m super large horizontal layout with no partitions in the middle, showcasing a luxurious scale and dignified atmosphere. A full wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, combined with the kitchen's glass door design, makes the entire living and dining room exceptionally transparent and well-lit. The large area of beige tones paired with brown furniture, metallic tableware, and bright bouquets collide to naturally create a luxurious texture and warm taste in the horizontal hall.

Every morning at breakfast, sunlight climbs in from the other side of the sky, awakening the sleeping home, embracing the new day with family through the dawn light.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom is luxuriously equipped, connecting the bedroom with the walk-in closet and master bathroom. The style continues from the living room but is deeper. On a warm and elegant base, layered gray, deep blue, dark brown, and black are used, fitting the bedroom's private atmosphere. Metal fixtures shimmer on marble surfaces, and the transparent bay window leaves a clear space, blending a simple and luxurious modern texture.
