"Production is booming, and employees are full of enthusiasm" | Yu Xuewu, Member of the Standing Committee of the Huanggang Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Hong'an County Party Committee, guides the recovery of Qianchuan Wooden Door production

On July 22, Yu Xuewu, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Huanggang Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Hong'an County Committee, along with Shi Weiguo, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and President of the Hong'an County People's Court, and others, visited the Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base to investigate the company's post-pandemic economic recovery and production and living conditions.

This investigation marks Secretary Yu's second visit to Qianchuan Wooden Door this year. Secretary Yu expressed that returning to Qianchuan after four months brought him a different feeling. Looking around, production is in full swing, employees are highly motivated, and the tense atmosphere has disappeared. In just a few months, production and life have returned to normal and are back on track, which is gratifying. Yi Dajie, Deputy General Manager of Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base, on behalf of the company, thanked the Party and government for their care and support for the company's development. He reported on the company's operations over the past six months from aspects such as system construction, policy implementation, human resource management, market development, and social benefits. In terms of talent introduction, management standardization, customer maintenance, order volume, and operating income, the company shows a trend of surpassing 2019, with stable and good development.

Secretary Yu and his delegation fully affirmed Qianchuan's achievements in fulfilling social responsibilities, bravely exploring markets, skill innovation, and promoting legal system construction. They stated that during the difficult period of restoring the economic ecosystem after the pandemic, the Party and government will create a more considerate environment and implement policies to benefit enterprises. At the symposium, Secretary Yu conveyed the spirit of the meeting on private enterprises presided over by General Secretary Xi Jinping in Beijing on July 21. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a huge impact on the domestic economy, and many enterprises face unprecedented pressure. It was emphasized that the burden on enterprises must be reduced, and the 'blockages' and 'difficulties' faced by enterprises in resuming production and operation should be resolved promptly and effectively. Multiple targeted relief measures were proposed to help enterprises overcome difficulties.
