On July 2nd, a group of 7 experts from the Furniture Design and Manufacturing discipline expert group of Hubei Academy of Forestry Sciences and Hubei Ecological Engineering Technology College visited Qianchuan Wooden Door's Hubei production base to discuss school-enterprise cooperation matters.

Yi Dajie, Deputy General Manager of the Hubei production base, warmly received and accompanied the visit to the production workshop, learning about Qianchuan Wooden Door's production and operation status. The expert group praised Qianchuan's automated and intelligent production lines, strong technical strength, complete environmental safety equipment, standardized and tidy production environment, and beautiful high-quality products.

Subsequently, both parties held discussions on the intention of school-enterprise cooperation. At the meeting, Deputy General Manager Yi Dajie introduced the company's basic situation. He pointed out that implementing school-enterprise cooperation is a win-win effort: first, it helps meet the talent needs for the sustainable development of enterprises; second, it helps solve the internship and training platform and employment prospects for students in colleges; third, it helps realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the upgrading of enterprise production technology. He talked about the preliminary ideas for school-enterprise cooperation: the company intends to strengthen exchanges with the Provincial Academy of Forestry Sciences and Hubei Ecological Vocational and Technical College, deepen consensus on school-enterprise cooperation, explore the depth of cooperation, innovate cooperation and education methods, and jointly improve the quality of talent training. Based on the enterprise's talent training positioning, it is hoped that both sides will deepen cooperation in employee skills training, enterprise training bases, talent introduction and cultivation, vocational qualification certification, technical research, patent cooperation applications, and other aspects. Through the joint efforts of the institute, school, and enterprise, they strive to create the "Hubei Provincial Enterprise Joint Innovation Center."

The expert group responded positively, stating that Qianchuan's development scale and ideas for school-enterprise cooperation are specific and feasible. Deep integration and high-end cooperation between schools and enterprises leverage their respective advantages and complement resources. They emphasized utilizing the resource, information, technology, and policy advantages of vocational schools to develop together with enterprises.

Participants conducted in-depth discussions on staff training, talent cultivation, co-building majors, jointly building and sharing training bases, and mutual appointment of teaching teams, and put forward multiple constructive suggestions. Both parties exchanged views on related cooperation matters and reached consensus. After the meeting, a strategic cooperation framework agreement will be drafted as soon as possible based on the discussion content to further implement specific deep cooperation matters.
