Meanwhile, each project manager reported on their respective work situations. Relevant leaders, based on the execution status and existing issues in project management, clarified key points to focus on in future specific management tasks, defined implementation standards, and pointed out directions for optimization.
Clear and specific requirements were reiterated regarding project progress, delivery lists, order times, technical disclosures, product adjustments, and project coordination.
