Employees of Hubei Qianchuan safely returned to work on the first Sichuan train to Hubei for the "Spring Breeze Action"!

March 18th is a good day. On this day, the sun was shining brightly and the spring breeze was gentle. With the policy support of the "Spring Breeze Action" point-to-point transportation of employees returning to work in Sichuan and Hubei provinces, 98 employees from Sichuan safely arrived in Hong'an, Hubei, returning to the Qianchuan Wooden Door production base in Hubei. This is the second batch of employees returning to work since the approval was received on the 12th. After two months apart, we missed each other very much. With excitement, we are back to work!

As of 24:00 on the 15th of this month, there are 71 low-risk counties in Hubei Province, and Hong'an County is one of them. This is also the premise for the point-to-point resumption of work under the "Spring Breeze Action." According to the needs of Hong'an County, Hubei Province, after negotiation and coordination between Sichuan and Hubei provinces, with the help of the Transportation Bureau of Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Lushan County, Ya'an City, four long-distance buses were specially arranged to Hong'an, Hubei. At the same time, to ensure the safety of personnel during the journey, each bus was equipped with three drivers and two medical staff, with sufficient thermometers, masks, and disinfectants for use during the trip. Temperature monitoring was conducted on time for all personnel on board, and a "quarantine observation area" was set up on each bus to deal with emergencies.

When the vehicles entered the Hong'an exit of the Wuma Expressway, Wang Yinghui, Deputy County Mayor of Hong'an County People's Government, along with relevant leaders from the Hong'an Economic Development Zone and the Road Transportation Management Bureau, personally supervised and directed the vehicle inspection and monitoring work on site, saving stopover time. They also extended their regards to the accompanying staff and workers on the bus. Wang Yinghui said that the people of Sichuan and Hubei are closely connected and support each other. During the epidemic, Sichuan provided supplies, donations, and medical teams to support Hubei. After the epidemic, they actively supported Hubei's resumption of work and production. We will always remember this and never forget.

1400 kilometers, 98 employees, 24 hours of day and night journey, the Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei production base presented a banner to thank the Transportation Bureau of Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Lushan County for their policy support and high cooperation in helping employees return to work. We also thank the employees for their outstanding contributions to the development of Qianchuan in Hubei despite the long journey.

After completing a series of factory entry procedures such as vehicle disinfection, personnel disinfection, temperature monitoring, information registration, and mask replacement, this batch of employees successfully returned to work. Regarding the daily protection after employees resume work in an orderly manner, Hubei Qianchuan will continue to implement publicity and education, requiring employees to wear masks, wash hands frequently, ventilate more, cover mouth and nose when sneezing, avoid rubbing eyes, not gather, not visit others, not switch posts, not panic, not spread rumors, and maintain safe and civilized production and living habits according to company requirements; continue to strictly implement closed management, maintain employee ledger registration, conduct health monitoring three times daily without relaxation, dispose of used masks in designated recycling points, and carry out comprehensive disinfection in the factory area without interruption to ensure safe production.

In the new year, although the start is full of difficulties, we will face them calmly, break through difficulties with courage and faith, establish a strict and efficient internal management model, firmly uphold the core idea of realizing employee value, build the "Qianchuan" brand, and provide better products and services to customers!
