Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base "Grasping Both Epidemic Prevention and Resumption of Work, Orderly Starting Work and Working Hard"

In the warmth of spring, the Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei base is lush with green trees, presenting a vibrant scene full of life. At the factory gate, returning employees line up orderly for temperature checks and disinfection; inside the factory area, it is clean and tidy with forklifts constantly moving; inside the workshop, machines roar and workers operate in an orderly manner... The Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei production base has resumed work in an orderly fashion!
Strong support from the Party Committee and government
Although the Hubei base is located in Hubei and was heavily affected by the epidemic, after the Party Committees and governments at all levels implemented effective epidemic prevention measures, the nation's top general county once again showed its heroic spirit, achieving zero cases as early as early March. As a key local enterprise, Hubei Qianchuan Doors and Windows Co., Ltd. was among the first to receive approval from the Hong'an County Epidemic Prevention Command to resume work and production. On March 14, Liu Tangjun, Deputy Secretary of the Hong'an County Party Committee and County Mayor, led Ruan Lin, Director of the Park Management Committee, and heads of relevant county departments to the company to guide epidemic prevention and work resumption, investigate and solve difficulties faced by enterprises in resuming work, and encourage the company to turn crisis into opportunity and work hard.
On the 15th, the county Party Committee and government appointed Liu Huitan, Deputy Director of the County People's Congress Standing Committee, and a section-level cadre as enterprise resident instructors; Vice County Mayor Wang Yinghui came to the company to guide epidemic prevention and control and work resumption, and on behalf of the county Party Committee and government provided the company with 1,800 masks, 50 liters of alcohol, 6 temperature guns, and one ton of vegetables, strongly supporting the company's resumption of work and production.
Careful preparation in advance
Before resuming work, the Hubei base carefully formulated the "Work Plan for Prevention and Control of the Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic," which clearly proposed establishing a leadership organization for epidemic prevention and control, defined the structure of the prevention and control leadership team, and implemented five key tasks: employee information statistics, preparation of protective materials, implementation of prevention and control work, epidemic prevention publicity and education, and inspection and supervision of prevention and control work. They also pre-purchased and stocked epidemic prevention, living, and production materials sufficient for a period of time.
Multiple measures to recall employees
Before inter-provincial and inter-county public transportation was fully reopened, besides encouraging employees to drive back to the factory themselves, support was obtained from Sichuan's human resources and transportation departments for employees outside Hubei Province, implementing point-to-point "Spring Breeze Action to Send Workers" to solve the difficulty of employees returning to the factory from outside the province. It is reported that this delivery of workers to the Hubei base was the first batch of workers sent by Sichuan to support Hubei enterprises in resuming work; for Hubei employees, the company mobilized business vehicles and private cars of management personnel to pick up employees from various towns and villages, and local governments actively organized worker delivery by township units. So far, nearly 500 employees have returned to work.
Strict control at the entrance to ensure no mistakes
The Hubei base carried out epidemic prevention and control work according to the "Six Musts" requirements. During the period when the epidemic had not yet allowed resumption of work, the company established a daily epidemic report system, closely monitoring the health status of employees and their families. The first batch of returning employees had all completed more than 14 days of home quarantine and provided a health green code and health certificate issued by their residential village (community). Upon entering the factory, employees strictly underwent temperature checks, screening registration, vehicle disinfection, full-body disinfection, shoe sole disinfection, and mask replacement before being allowed entry.
Effective publicity and education
Regarding daily protection after employees resumed work in an orderly manner, the company made clear requirements: wear masks, wash hands frequently, ventilate often, cover mouth and nose when sneezing, avoid rubbing eyes, no gathering, no visiting others' posts, no wandering between posts, no panic, no spreading rumors; after resumption, strictly implement closed management, establish employee records, conduct three daily health checks per employee, set up multiple dedicated mask recycling points, and carry out comprehensive disinfection in the factory area to ensure safe production. The company also strengthened employee publicity and education through meetings, WeChat, bulletin boards, and brochures to cultivate safe and civilized production and living habits among employees.
Adjusting status for orderly production resumption
In the work area, pre-battle mobilization and internal status adjustment took place. After a long two-month shutdown, the company mobilized from top to bottom, formulated work plans, adjusted work arrangements, communicated fully with employees, and actively prepared for work. The office site was fully equipped with masks, disinfectants, alcohol, hand sanitizers, all managed and recorded by designated personnel for employee use. Cleaning, tidying, and disinfection were carried out to fully motivate employees, enhance their recognition of corporate culture, and help them quickly get into work mode. Currently, most workshops have officially resumed operations.
Strong support to ensure worry-free living
In the living area, the canteen is disinfected daily, and employees dine using a "designated person collects, independent dining" method, with dining partitions set up, extended dining times, and staggered, batch, and dispersed dining to minimize gatherings and ensure hygiene and safety. Employee accommodations are arranged by designated personnel, with dormitories and public areas cleaned and disinfected three times daily to ensure employee isolation and health safety.
Spring is warm and flowers are blooming, the future is promising! With the dawn of victory in the fight against the epidemic, we will continue to work hard and succeed in epidemic prevention; normal production and life have become the new theme, and we will promote orderly work resumption, roll up our sleeves, and work hard!
