The second season of the Qianchuan Wooden Door Sales Training Conference, "We Are All Designers," has successfully concluded.
The annual Double Eleven nationwide shopping carnival is coming, and Qianchuan Wooden Doors has made full preparations to welcome this promotional event. On the occasion of Double Eleven, to further improve the service level and professional knowledge of the exclusive stores, the second season of the 2019 sales training themed "We Are All Designers" was held in Chengdu, Sichuan on October 28! Sales elites from all over the country gathered to start a three-day training session.
On the first day of registration, early in the morning, staff from Qianchuan Wooden Doors' Sichuan production base had already arrived at the venue to welcome the Qianchuan family from the exclusive stores. Around 11 o'clock, Qianchuan family members from all over the country arrived one after another at the Chengdu training venue. After dinner, everyone entered the classroom to set up their computers and prepare for the courses the next day.
On the second day, the training officially began. This event was mainly to let the sales staff of the exclusive stores understand the latest features of the home design software "Kujiale," learn how to use the design software, and help the major exclusive stores achieve excellent results in the nationwide Double Eleven event.
The "Kujiale" 3D design software, long used by Qianchuan Wooden Doors, is a well-known interior design software in the industry. It integrates 3D cloud design, cloud rendering, VR, AR, AI, and other technologies into a fast design platform. It is easy to operate and time-saving, helping terminal exclusive stores quickly provide consumers with renderings, improve order rates, and increase revenue.
For this training, Qianchuan Wooden Doors invited Qian Jingjing, the Training Manager of Kujiale Business School Greater China Region, who has many years of experience in the home decoration industry and software training, and is skilled in store marketing implementation and marketing packaging. During the training, Teacher Qian used her rich design knowledge and training experience, combined with the actual situation of the school, to help each school quickly master Kujiale and marketing implementation skills.
During the training, Teacher Qian explained in detail the application concepts and skills of "Kujiale" in operational scenarios. When facing customers, the software is used to communicate effectively with customers to close orders. To help students learn more deeply and firmly master the skills, transitioning quickly from sales to designer roles, Teacher Qian combined theory with practice, enabling students to quickly grasp systematic modeling methods and rendering techniques in a short time.
In class, Teacher Qian also provided one-on-one guidance to students, answering questions encountered during practical operations to ensure problems were solved on the spot. Every student present was able to grasp the knowledge points. During the training, the designer students were serious and enthusiastic, actively asking the teacher about difficult points and doubts, exchanging and discussing among themselves, creating a strong learning atmosphere with obvious results.
On October 30, the content-rich training was nearing its end. On the last day of the meeting, the course content was task-oriented practice. Applying the learned knowledge to practical operations, under Teacher Qian's one-on-one guidance, continuous refinement was required to achieve the true effect and significance of this training. After two days of intensive study, it was time to test the learning outcomes. In the afternoon, the important part of the training began, and the designer students faced a practical test. The teacher set the exam questions on site, requiring students to operate within a time limit.
Learning theoretical knowledge, mastering software application skills, and understanding design styles and the use and matching of their own products... After systematic learning, many students said they benefited greatly. Some beginners who were confused when first encountering the tools upgraded to designers through two days of continuous challenges and input. In the final part of the training, graduation certificates were awarded, as well as prizes for outstanding students, along with surprise gifts.
Through this "We Are All Designers" Kujiale skills knowledge training, the designer students from the participating exclusive stores can easily complete the entire set of customized home design plans. It is believed that everyone will be able to apply what they have learned, combining professional knowledge with terminal marketing solutions to empower the actual benefits of the stores. This is also to make full preparations for the upcoming nationwide large-scale Double Eleven market promotion event, allowing everyone to be confident and full of fighting spirit to welcome this great promotional battle!
