October 17, 2019, was China's sixth "Poverty Alleviation Day." To vigorously promote the traditional virtues of helping the poor and the core values of kindness and mutual assistance, mobilize company employees to participate in poverty alleviation efforts, further unite the entire company, and accelerate the pace of targeted poverty alleviation, under the leadership of relevant leaders from the Hong'an Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, a delegation of five company employee representatives went to Lijiaban Village, Miersi Town to carry out the "Development Zone Enterprises 'Poverty Alleviation Day' Poverty Relief Rural Visit" activity.
During this event, four impoverished households were visited. At each household, employee representatives chatted with the families, inquired in detail about their situations, provided both intellectual and motivational support, and encouraged them to stride towards a well-off life after overcoming poverty.
Employee representatives presented consolation money to the impoverished households they visited and welcomed them to work at the company, weaving a better life through their hardworking hands. The assisted poor people expressed that with the care and support of the government and caring enterprises, they would surely achieve a well-off life soon through their own efforts.
In recent years, the company has actively responded to the call of the Party Central Committee, implemented the national strategy to win the battle against poverty, fulfilled its corporate social responsibility, and contributed its strength to poverty alleviation and assistance. The company has always been active on the road of poverty relief, deeply carrying out various public welfare activities such as employment poverty alleviation, financial poverty alleviation, and industrial poverty alleviation.
At the city's "Thousand Enterprises Help Thousand Villages" targeted poverty alleviation on-site promotion meeting held on October 16, the company, as the only enterprise representative from Hong'an County, participated in the meeting. The company's deputy general manager, Yi Dajie, shared the company's poverty alleviation work experience at the meeting.
