Recently, Qianchuan Wooden Doors was awarded the title of "Model Enterprise for Production Safety Risk Classification and Control" by the Emergency Management Bureau of Wenjiang District, Chengdu, reflecting the company's long-term unremitting efforts in production safety risk management.
It is understood that production safety risk management is of great significance for enterprises to identify and manage safety risks in the production and operation process, and to reduce and prevent production safety accidents.
During the acceptance inspection of Qianchuan's safety risk classification and control work by the Emergency Management Bureau of Wenjiang District, Chengdu, 17 assessment indicators were evaluated, including risk classification and control objectives, safety risk classification and control training, safety risk identification, risk assessment methods, risk assessment criteria, risk control measures, safety risk control effectiveness, and safety risk classification and control archives. The assessment results comply with the standards for graded safety production control of enterprises in Chengdu and the acceptance evaluation standards for safety risk classification and control work of enterprises in Chengdu.

In terms of production safety, besides actively carrying out graded control of production safety risks, Qianchuan Wooden Doors also safeguards enterprise production safety through comprehensive and systematic measures. At the end of 2018, the Sichuan production base of Qianchuan Wooden Doors underwent a clean production transformation of the production line and successfully passed the on-site audit by the Chengdu Environmental Protection Bureau.
