Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base Holds Lean Management Mobilization Meeting
Lean management is a new production management model oriented towards customer needs, focusing on eliminating waste and continuous improvement, enabling enterprises to create maximum benefits with minimal resources. Implementing lean management is a major strategic move in the company's development and a significant upgrade in management. To further enhance the company's management level, the company leadership has decided to hire the Huagong Lean Management Research Center to carry out a management consulting project.
On the afternoon of August 13th, the Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base held a lean management mobilization meeting. Qianchuan Wooden Door General Manager Luo Baitao attended the meeting and delivered an important speech.
This cooperation between Qianchuan Wooden Door and Huagong Lean aims to help the company design a scientific, reasonable management system that aligns with the company's development strategy, achieving a qualitative improvement in management level. The experts participating in this project include Wang Ye, Director of the Huagong Lean Research Center, and project team members Teachers Mao Ping, Zou Shengli, and Chu Zhen. The project team has rich practical experience in domestic enterprises and management consulting. The collaboration between Qianchuan Wooden Door and Huagong Lean marks the official launch of this close cooperation management consulting project.
During the symposium, Qianchuan Wooden Door General Manager Luo Baitao spoke about the purpose of the meeting. He pointed out that the greatest asset of enterprise development is talent, and the way to cultivate talent is through continuous learning and self-transcendence, requiring all company members to learn the essence of Huagong management. During the meeting, General Manager Luo read out the "Notice on the Establishment of the Lean Management Promotion Leadership Group" and required everyone to implement the management reform tasks according to the document. Subsequently, Huagong management team members Teachers Wang Ye and Zou Shengli explained the project background, content, implementation process, and potential difficulties.
General Manager Luo emphasized that the launch of this project marks the beginning of a management transformation in our company.
