Just a wooden door, and all the customers became her friends!

In 2000, Huang Qixiu came to Qianchuan, and it has been exactly 19 years now. Colleagues are used to calling her "Sister Huang." At the company, Huang Qixiu has successively held positions such as business specialist, business supervisor, assistant to the production director, supervisor of the materials control department, and supervisor of the purchasing department, with a brief departure in between. In 2013, due to family reasons, she was transferred to the Nanfusen flagship store as store manager. Her rich experience has given her her own perspective on this job. Now, she is wholeheartedly focused on managing the store well and serving every Qianchuan customer properly.
When meeting Sister Huang, she was preparing for the day's business work.
Chengdu Nanfusen Meijiaju opens at 10 o'clock every day. Before that, she has to clean, wipe, and organize the store together with the sales assistants, including brochures, store signs and decorations, candy gifts, wooden door samples, and so on.
She turns on the music and leads her colleagues to practice the dance three times by themselves, starting a day full of energy.
She holds a small internal meeting to sort out the day's work: to promptly follow up with potential customers and after-sales orders, check inventory and organize the order process in a timely manner, "Don't wait until the customer comes to you to check; we should proactively think on behalf of the customer."
Years of work experience have brought Huang Qixiu a lot. She knows how to gain customers' trust. Doing business is not as good as making friends: treating people sincerely leads to lasting relationships. Because they are friends, she insists on being herself and is honest. When facing customers' mistakes and misunderstandings, she will point them out directly, believing that the labor she puts in should be rewarded. But she thinks the most important thing is to recommend quality products to every customer, provide reasonable prices, and comfortable service.
Mr. Yin is an old Qianchuan customer and is very familiar with Huang Qixiu. He has brought relatives and friends to purchase Qianchuan wooden doors through Huang Qixiu three times. He came early in the morning because he needed her help with an after-sales issue. In the hot and high temperatures of Chengdu, Mr. Yin was a bit anxious, so Huang Qixiu specially called a car for him on the way.
This house located in Jingke Mingyuan is the residence of Mr. Yin and his wife, renovated in 2012.
It turned out that there was a small raised spot on a part of the kitchen door frame. After careful inspection, Huang Qixiu initially judged that it was caused by water stains inside the door frame wall during renovation, which over time affected the surface of the wooden door frame.
But the specific situation needs to be handled by after-sales technicians. Huang Qixiu took photos of the door frame for records and promised Mr. Yin that she would arrange for after-sales technicians to follow up in a timely manner. Although this set of Qianchuan wooden doors is out of warranty, considering that Mr. Yin is a loyal customer who has repeatedly ordered Qianchuan wooden doors, the after-sales repair costs will be borne by the store.
Mr. Yin expressed his usual satisfaction with Huang Qixiu's service attitude and warmly wanted her to stay for lunch before leaving, but Huang Qixiu had to rush back to the store to handle matters and politely declined.
Huang Qixiu believes that attentive service is not only about after-sales but also before and during sales. Before sales means conveying professional and accurate wooden door knowledge to customers in an easy-to-understand way. During sales means timely feedback to customers according to the order process, communicating from the customer's perspective and thinking for them.
In the afternoon, a young woman came to the store to purchase wooden doors. Huang Qixiu was introducing the door materials, colors, matching styles, and so on to her.
Based on the young woman's indoor environment and personal preferences, Huang Qixiu recommended several curved doors and empty frames from the CQ series, in the color Randy Sky Blue. The young woman liked it very much and happily signed the order.
After seeing off the customer, Huang Qixiu immediately organized the order information one by one.
She entered the order information into the production system. The order will be sent from the business department to production, so that frontline workers can produce according to the order.
Cleaning, meetings, after-sales, sales, signing orders, placing orders... Huang Qixiu still has many things to do.
A customer wanted to change to a lock of another brand. Huang Qixiu dismantled the lock to measure the lock cylinder size and then informed the customer.

Service first, quality first. Huang Qixiu treats customers as friends. Her way of communication and interaction makes customers feel warm, and naturally, many customers like to be friends with her.
Earlier, a customer highly recognized and was very satisfied with Huang Qixiu's service and specially invited her to a friends' gathering.
Over the years at the Nanfusen specialty store, the excellent service reputation and diligent work attitude have earned Huang Qixiu and her team countless honors. She cares about the company and customers, and the company and customers support her behind the scenes.
She said that when she first joined the company in 2000, the chairman's first encouraging words to her were: It's okay not to know, the company welcomes those who are willing to learn and like to learn, and we all grow together.
In 2014, Huang Qixiu won the company's annual "Outstanding Management Award."
In 2017, Huang Qixiu and her team won the company's "Best Team Award." She said that no matter what you do, you must first learn it thoroughly and master it yourself before you have the ability to manage the team well.
In 2017, Huang Qixiu was awarded the title of "Outstanding Trainee" in the company's sales training.
