Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, attended the 15th Anniversary Celebration Preparatory Meeting of the China Wooden Door Industry and the 2019 China Timber and Wood Products Distribution Association Wooden Door and Window Committee Chairman Meeting.

On June 23, the "15th Anniversary Celebration Preparatory Meeting of China's Wooden Door Industry and the 2019 Meeting of the Chairpersons of the Wooden Door and Window Professional Committee of the China Timber & Wood Products Distribution Association" was successfully held in Xining.

Luo Zhengren, Chairman of Qianchuan Wooden Doors, was invited to attend the meeting as the Executive Vice President of the China Wooden Door and Window Association. Liu Nengwen, President of the China Timber & Wood Products Distribution Association, Li Jiafeng, Vice President and Secretary-General, Zhang Guolin, Chairperson of the Wooden Door and Window Professional Committee, along with more than 30 other executive vice presidents and vice presidents attended the meeting.

Liu Nengwen, President of the China Timber & Wood Products Distribution Association, pointed out that with the effective implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the central and western regions have become emerging markets for imported wood consumption, offering broad development prospects and are worthy of attention. This year marks the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the Wooden Door and Window Professional Committee. The purpose of this meeting is to understand enterprise needs, collect relevant information, and discuss common challenges. Everyone is encouraged to brainstorm and speak freely to successfully hold the 15th anniversary celebration of the wooden door industry and inspire the entire industry to "stay true to the original aspiration and forge ahead."

At the meeting, participants conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the development trends of the wooden door industry in 2019, Sino-US trade frictions, the impact of real estate furnished housing on enterprises, and the main issues restricting the development of the industry and enterprises. Everyone shared valuable insights based on their actual business situations and put forward multiple effective suggestions.

Chairman Luo, combining the rapid development of Qianchuan Wooden Doors in the engineering field, put forward his constructive opinions. When discussing real estate furnished housing, he mentioned that the current real estate market still has some development space and the prospects for engineering wooden doors remain broad. However, engineering wooden doors still face the problem of slow payment collection, with settlement cycles requiring at least more than a year. Due to high loan thresholds for private enterprises and significant financial pressure, enterprises face considerable operational risks. Therefore, enterprises must pay attention to the proportion of engineering investment to maximize risk control.

Subsequently, the meeting also held a special discussion on the 15th anniversary celebration of China's wooden door industry. The Secretariat provided detailed introductions to the attendees on the overview of the 15th anniversary, the establishment of the preparatory group, meeting themes, agenda, and adjustments to the committee members. The attendees also fully expressed their opinions and suggestions.
