"Gather the power of youth, let passion and dreams soar" - Qianchuan Wooden Doors holds a grand meeting to commend outstanding young people!
Recently, to celebrate the "May 1st" International Labor Day and the "May 4th" Youth Day, Qianchuan Wooden Doors held the 2019 Annual Model Worker and Outstanding Youth Commendation Conference simultaneously at its Sichuan and Hubei production bases, grandly honoring a group of outstanding young talents who showed significant growth and remarkable achievements over the past year. With summer approaching, although the sun was blazing and temperatures rose that day, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the Qianchuan family in celebrating the festival.
At the commendation conference at the Sichuan production base, the outstanding youths walked onto the stage one by one with radiant spirits to receive their honors, awarded by Luo Baitao, General Manager of Qianchuan Wooden Doors.
As in previous years, the awarded outstanding youths come from various frontline workshops and logistics departments. Although they hold different positions, these outstanding youths have all made significant progress and possess many shining qualities, such as being proactive, hardworking, thoughtful, and highly capable at work. The honors are the strongest recognition of their efforts.
The commendation is not only recognition of the outstanding individuals but also an encouragement to all members of the Qianchuan family. After the awards, General Manager Luo expressed his gratitude to all Qianchuan people for their hard work in his speech, emphasizing that the future development of Qianchuan requires a group of outstanding youths to support it.
He then pointed out that with the rapid development of the times, using intelligent and automated equipment for manufacturing is both an industry trend and a necessity for enterprises. He hopes that all Qianchuan people, including the outstanding youths, will be diligent in thinking and research in their work, learning with wisdom and intelligence to promote their own growth and jointly drive the faster development of the enterprise.
