"Soft power is another pillar of the brand" Qianchuan Wooden Doors holds business etiquette training

Etiquette is the external manifestation of a person's inner cultivation, a concrete display of a company's external image, and an important part of corporate culture. To enhance employees' professional qualities and shape a good brand image for the company, Qianchuan Wooden Doors recently held a one-day business etiquette training, with management personnel and a wide range of logistics staff participating in the training.
For this training, the company invited the well-known senior etiquette trainer Ms. Zhang Xuemei to conduct the training. Ms. Zhang explained in detail what business etiquette is, why it is important to pay attention to business etiquette, and how to treat others with etiquette in business through theoretical explanations, case presentations, and practical exercises.
She said, "Without learning etiquette, one cannot stand." Etiquette is the code of conduct for self-cultivation and interpersonal behavior, as well as the art of social interaction. Etiquette culture is an important symbol of social civilization progress. Business etiquette focuses on "business"; business situations, occasions, and roles do not involve personal behavior and preferences. In business time, personal words and actions represent the company, play business roles, and bear business responsibilities.

During the training, Ms. Zhang focused on explaining business etiquette in terms of dress, appearance, manners, facial expressions, and posture. For example, regarding dress, she elaborated on key points of attire and posture from multiple aspects and angles such as sitting, standing, and walking. She gave detailed explanations of the standard "seven essentials" for male public officials and the "four essentials" for female public officials.
Regarding banquets, she provided detailed explanations on various aspects including banquet invitations, ordering etiquette, seating order, dining etiquette, table culture, and reception and farewell etiquette. For example, when ordering dishes, it is important to respect guests' dietary habits; to consider the tastes of many people, especially the honored and elders; and to always order soup to aid digestion and sober up, among other things.
Ms. Zhang interacted with everyone multiple times, creating a lively atmosphere at the training site. The novel and unique training content, easy-to-understand explanations, and vivid and lively examples allowed everyone to deeply understand the importance of paying attention to appearance, posture, dress and accessories, etiquette and manners, and speech and behavior in enhancing the company's and individuals' image and creating a good business atmosphere. Everyone clearly understood that the importance of etiquette lies in bridging the distance between people.
