On the evening of April 11, Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base once again conducted night school training. The theme of this training was Human Resource Management for Non-HR Managers, with more than 30 middle and senior managers participating. Instructor Chen explained to the colleagues present the six major modules of human resources: human resource planning, recruitment and allocation, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits management, and labor relations management. Through this knowledge, everyone deepened their understanding of recruiting personnel, maintaining employee stability, improving employee work skills, employee benefits, performance evaluation, and handling employee relations, and understood the significance of human resource management. Since then, the Qianchuan Wooden Door night school training program has gradually gotten on track.
Improve the system and clarify responsibilities. Qianchuan Wooden Door has established institutional requirements for the content, time, and course arrangements of the employee night school, clearly setting Thursday evenings from 7 to 9 pm as the fixed time for night school learning, and each employee is guaranteed to participate in night school training 1 to 2 times per month.

Enrich teaching content, learn from each other based on the characteristics of various company departments, covering national policies, company documents, system regulations, team building, skill development, and other aspects. Starting from the teaching content setup, supplemented by hiring internal company leaders, outstanding technical backbones, and external lecturers to teach night school, using various forms such as written explanations, on-site interactions, or practical exercises to ensure the night school activities proceed step by step.
Establish role models and lead by example. Conduct surveys and inspections on employee night school learning, carry out employee satisfaction surveys, promptly correct and supplement the connotation and extension, include content that meets employees' spiritual and cultural needs within the scope of night school learning, commend night school projects and lecturers with good training effects, and set typical benchmarks to play a demonstrative and leading role throughout the company.
