Learning and Communication for Mutual Development -- Qianchuan Wooden Doors Organizes Employee Skills Training

To further enhance employees' work skills, strengthen the company's safety production management foundation, and actively promote the company's quality standardization work, Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base conducted a skills training for the paint department employees on April 2, 2019. More than 30 people participated in the training that day. The training specially invited Lin Liming, a UV paint engineer from Carpoly Paint Company, and Li Qi, chief engineer of Carpoly Furniture Paint Application, as the main speakers.

The main speakers from Carpoly Paint used rich practical cases and adopted a form combining text and images with on-site interaction to carefully explain to the trainees the operation specifications and maintenance of coating equipment, the standardized operation process and precautions of UV paint, and the prevention and treatment of UV paint defects, enabling the trainees to have a clearer understanding of the use, operation, maintenance, and environmental protection aspects of paint.

To achieve better training results, Lecturer Li also stimulated the atmosphere through on-site interaction with the trainees and cooperative demonstrations, which not only enhanced the participation and enthusiasm of the trainees but also deepened their understanding of paint usage skills. The entire training site was lively, and everyone mastered many highly practical professional knowledge in this good learning atmosphere, strengthened mutual understanding and communication, achieved good results, and received unanimous praise from the trainees.

After the meeting, the trainees expressed that both parties will, based on "mutual help, mutual assistance, mutual respect, and mutual love," achieve "deep cultivation and win-win (growing together with partners)," jointly promote the long-term development of both sides, carry the concept of green environmental protection through to the end, and deeply instill the concept of sustainable development.
