"Fire safety alarm, keep safety in mind" - Qianchuan Wooden Doors conducts a full-staff fire drill

Adhering to the philosophy of "Safety First, Firefighting Combined," the company treats fire safety work as a major task and places production safety at the level of respecting the right to survival and human rights. On April 12, 2019, Qianchuan Wooden Door's Hubei production base invited the park's fire brigade to our company to promote fire safety knowledge and organized a fire drill close to real combat.
At 13:20 in the afternoon, workshop employees lined up and walked out of the workshop to gather at the company square. In less than 10 minutes, all personnel were in position.
The park fire brigade instructor Xu Peng explained in simple and easy-to-understand language how to improve fire awareness, master fire safety knowledge, and use fire equipment. He also detailed how to correctly call for help during a fire, the principles of firefighting, and various correct escape methods. Moreover, he demonstrated on-site the types of fire extinguishers and the correct use of firefighting equipment, providing a highly educational experience for everyone.
Theory is not as good as practice. The fire brigade also demonstrated actual firefighting operations on the main road within the base. Several employees took turns using dry powder and water-based fire extinguishers to put out fires involving gasoline and wood materials, conducting practical firefighting drills with each person handling two sections. During the drill, firefighters pointed out improper operations by employees and explained the key points one by one.
Prevention is better than disaster relief, and responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai. The harm caused by fire accidents is not only property damage but also personal injury. The company organizes employees to learn fire safety knowledge, eliminate fire hazards, nip problems in the bud, and prevent accidents before they happen. This fire drill further strengthens employees' fire safety awareness and improves their ability to prevent fires. No matter when or what sudden event occurs, one must first stay calm and not panic, then use the fire safety knowledge learned to handle the situation, achieving lifelong benefits.
Through this fire drill, safety awareness remains in the heart, and employees always remember these fire safety basics. Learning fire safety knowledge well, starting with oneself and starting today, working together to reduce disasters, truly keeping the alarm bell ringing, preventing fires, creating a safer and more reliable working environment with the company, and fostering a greener and safer production environment.
