In the early stage of site selection, he made thorough preparations: understanding market conditions, main sales models, customer concerns, etc., learning the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, formulating a unique business strategy, and joining a mall alliance composed of eight major brands including Qianchuan Wooden Doors, Hengjie Sanitary Ware, Bode Tiles, and Shiyou Flooring. He also entered communities to hold special group purchase events, using more favorable and practical prices to win people's hearts.

Running a store cannot rely on luck or laziness, waiting passively for customers to come. One must actively seek new ideas and new channels.
