  Selection Method
  1. Purpose: To motivate employee morale and promote effective self-management among employees.
  2. Scope: All employees except for the company's senior management.
  3. Authority and Responsibility:
  1. Conduct assessments and selections for each center and department.
  2. The Human Resources and Administration Department is fully responsible for reviewing the list of candidates and content submitted by each center and department.
  4. Selection Principles: Fairness, Justice, and Transparency.
  1. During the selection process, emphasis should be placed on verifying the authenticity of the candidates and their materials.
  2. The Human Resources and Administration Department should communicate frequently with department heads and maintain confidentiality during the data collection process.
  3. The selection results should be announced before the award ceremony is held.
  5. Selection Categories: "Outstanding Employee," "Outstanding Team Leader," "Outstanding Quality Inspector," "Outstanding Manager," "Outstanding Team."
  6. Selection Criteria:
  A. Criteria for "Outstanding Employee":
  ① Identifies with Qianchuan Company, actively promotes and leads by example; has a strong sense of ownership and pride in being a Qianchuan member; complies with all company rules and regulations; courageously exposes and stops any behavior harmful to the company's interests.
  ② Energetic and passionate about work; maintains a positive attitude, grateful and appreciative towards work and the company; honest and optimistic, consistently maintaining high work enthusiasm.
  ③ Possesses strong team spirit and cooperates with others to achieve goals; complies with organizational arrangements and company management; unites and cares for colleagues, actively mentors and supports; shows mutual care in life and work, collaborates well with colleagues, fosters a positive team atmosphere; confident, inspires and motivates colleagues to overcome difficulties and achieve goals; willing to sacrifice personal and departmental interests for the company's overall objectives.
  ④ Humble and eager to learn, innovative, with strong decision-making and execution abilities; committed to continuous learning and applying new knowledge and theories at work; actively communicates and learns from peers and colleagues; innovative and able to propose reasonable suggestions; ambitious, proactive, and responsible.
  ⑤ Diligent and dedicated with outstanding performance; works conscientiously without shirking responsibilities or procrastinating; meticulous and serious in work; proficient in business with high theoretical knowledge and skilled operational abilities.
  B. Criteria for "Outstanding Quality Inspector":
  ① Possesses good moral character, dedication, loves their job, and is loyal to the company.
  ② Complies with all company rules and regulations and follows the arrangements of superiors at work.
  ③ Focuses on quality in production work, achieves the highest product pass rate, has strong principles, possesses high professional knowledge, and can creatively propose suggestions.
  C. Criteria for "Outstanding Manager":
  ① Possesses good moral character, strong dedication, practical work ability, strong service awareness, and continuously improves management skills.
  ② Has leadership and management skills with a good work style; strong organizational, coordination, control, and communication abilities; able to lead department staff positively and gain recognition from superiors and most employees.
  ③ Has team spirit, leads the department members to cooperate closely and sincerely, actively carries out work, cooperates well with other departments, prioritizes the overall company goals, and is willing to sacrifice personal and departmental interests.
  ④ Proactively organizes department staff learning and supervises various tasks (team safety and civilized production).
  ⑤ Leads and guides department employees to learn and comply with company rules, actively responds to company initiatives, masters management models and methods, and leads by example in implementing company regulations.
  ⑥ Eager to learn and innovate, continuously improves work, proposes reasonable suggestions that are adopted by the company and achieve certain results.
  D. Criteria for "Outstanding Team":
  ① Outstanding work performance in 2009 (production departments mainly by output value, marketing departments mainly by sales performance, management departments mainly by management effectiveness).
  ② Strong learning and innovation abilities, continuously improving work methods and management systems, proposing and implementing reasonable suggestions with certain achievements.
  ③ Strong execution ability, strictly enforcing team and company management systems.
  ④ Team members have strong team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, a good attitude, closely cooperate within and between departments for the team's benefit and company goals, and are willing to sacrifice personal and team interests for the company's overall objectives.
  7. Selection Procedures:
  1. Number of Outstanding Employee awards: Customer Service Department: 3; First Branch Factory: 20; Second Branch Factory: 7; Material Control Department: 3; Human Resources and Administration Department: 2; Finance: 1; Marketing Center: 2. Requirements: Each center (department) head nominates candidates based on proposals from subordinates (supervisors, team leaders). Department heads should submit written materials or specific examples as the basis for selection.
  2. Number of Outstanding Quality Inspector awards: 1, nominated by the Quality Management Department head. Requirements: The Quality Management Department head should submit written materials or specific examples as the basis for selection.
  3. Number of Outstanding Manager awards: 1 for section-level managers, 3 for supervisors, 1 for department managers and above (including factory directors). The General Office determines based on year-end performance reports.
  4. Number of Outstanding Team awards: 1 for section-level teams (Safety Section, Purchasing Section, Warehouse, Scheduling Section, Planning Section, Electromechanical Section, Quality Inspection Section, Packaging and Shipping Section), 2 for teams at supervisor level and above (Human Resources and Administration Department, Finance Department, Marketing Department, Business Department, each production workshop, each installation team). Nominations and materials are submitted by centers and departments and reviewed by the General Office meeting for final decision.
  8. Selection Process:
  ① Fully led and managed by the Human Resources and Administration Department, all departments should actively cooperate. Each department, based on the nomination quota and materials, serves as the selection criteria. The Human Resources and Administration Department is responsible for tracking and recording the entire process, requiring that the quotas and materials provided by each department must be authentic.
  ② After the Human Resources and Administration Department issues the selection notice, each department should complete the submission of the list of candidates and materials within three days of receiving the notice, and submit them to the manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department for review.
  ③ Upon receiving the candidate lists and materials submitted by each center (department), the Human Resources and Administration Department should complete the authenticity review within three days and publicly display the relevant materials. After three days of public notice, if no objections or complaints are raised, the materials will be reported to the General Manager's Office and finally approved by the General Manager.
  ④ Each year, the materials of those awarded "Outstanding Employee," "Outstanding Team Leader," "Outstanding Quality Inspector," "Outstanding Manager," and "Outstanding Team" will be recorded in the personnel system and used as reference for future promotions and salary adjustments.
  9. Reward Method: During the annual work summary and commendation meeting, the General Manager will award bonuses and certificates, and take photos for commemoration.
  10. This system shall be implemented from the date of its announcement.
