Qianchuan Wood Industry Marketing Center Military Training

　　On January 16, 2009, the Marketing Center of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd. spontaneously organized military training. We had no formal instructors, no uniform clothing, and no professional training grounds, but when we performed drills, the team was strong and the voices shook the playground. "The sharpness of a sword comes from honing, the fragrance of plum blossoms comes from bitter cold." As Mencius said: When Heaven is about to confer a great responsibility on a person, it first tests his mind and will, exhausts his muscles and bones, starves his body, leaves him in poverty, and disturbs his actions, so as to stimulate his heart and endurance, and to increase his abilities. Only when we truly experience the greatness of soldiers with our own hearts can we better understand the mission on our shoulders and more clearly move toward our goals with effort.

　　During this military training, Qianchuan people felt the atmosphere of the barracks and the demeanor of soldiers, learned knowledge about formation, increased cohesion, tempered our will, enhanced physical fitness, learned unity, developed a sense of discipline, learned to restrain and regulate ourselves. It strengthened the feelings among colleagues, taught us to care for others, deepened our understanding of the responsibilities on our shoulders, and taught us the attitude to face difficulties. Without storms and waves, there would be no grandeur; without setbacks and difficulties in life, there would be no strength.

　　Today, Qianchuan people undergo the cleansing of hardship and the baptism of wind and rain, proving that we have courage and making Qianchuan better. We are proud to be Qianchuan people. Destiny is in our own hands. Facing high mountains, we will build ladders to move forward and strive to climb; when encountering cliffs, we will connect ropes, hold hands to move forward, help each other, and unite in friendship.
