Qianchuan All-Staff Meeting

  Hello! Thank you for your hard work!
  From Lushan to Wenjiachang, from Wenjiachang to Gongping, and from Gongping to the current Chengdu Cross-Strait Science and Technology Park, after several relocations, we have now entered a new beginning, which is also a new opportunity for Qianchuan's development. After moving into the new factory, all employees must follow the new Qianchuan, new starting point, and new requirements. We must abandon the old factory's poor work styles and living habits. Employees need to change past bad habits and develop new good habits. Changing these habits is painful, but like the phoenix reborn from the ashes, every employee must become a new Qianchuan person. Therefore, the new Qianchuan needs to be fully built, creating a new image and new appearance. Here, we have the following requirements for all levels of management and all employees that must be met:
  1. Efficient execution.
  (1) Execution of work requires immediate action and timely completion. Every employee must have a sense of obedience; subordinates must obey superiors. Regardless of how senior you are, subordinates must obey superiors. Execution of any work should not involve excuses and must be carried through to the end. When encountering difficulties and setbacks at work, do not make any excuses. This is called execution without reasons. Everyone should learn from Yang Yong in this regard.
  (2) Execution must be resolute, comprehensive, without compromise, and persistent. Say what you do and do what you say.
  (3) Starting from April 1st, the company will implement the "Reward and Punishment Responsibility System." Work style must be swift and decisive, even walking should be like jogging. Execution of work cannot be procrastinated.
  2. Firmly stop bad gambling habits.
  Starting today, employees living in company dormitories must limit the time and amount when playing cards after work. We have found that Qianchuan employees and management staff have the habit of playing cards and gambling after work. Some employees lose their entire monthly salary immediately after receiving it. Some even ride motorcycles to borrow money after losing at cards and get seriously injured in accidents. Gambling is the root of all evil. Playing cards not only affects work but also health when playing until two or three in the morning, and even affects family harmony, with some resulting in family breakups. Now that we have moved to the new factory, we stipulate that all employees must stop playing cards by 9 PM. Even if playing cards, it should only be for entertainment, and losses or wins must not exceed 100 yuan. The restriction on gambling will be managed by the Human Resources and Administration Department, which will establish an inspection team led by the Security Director to conduct daily checks. Once discovered, strict punishment will be enforced according to the company's relevant management regulations.
  3. Employ management cadres who dare to manage, supervise, and act.
  Many of our management cadres are soft-hearted and afraid of offending others. All work is "you are fine, I am fine, everyone is fine, except the boss." If this continues, how can work be carried out? How can Qianchuan develop? Therefore, in the future, we will employ those who are not afraid to offend, dare to manage, supervise, and act. Those who do not dare to manage, supervise, or act will be eliminated. Our hiring criteria for management cadres are responsibility + ability + professional skills. We set responsibility as 1, then ability and professional skills each add a 0, forming 100. If the responsibility of 1 is lost, then it all becomes 0.
  4. Emancipate the mind, keep up with the times, and if you don't change your mindset, we will change the person. Many employees come from native rural areas and have conservative thoughts. Many management cadres are the same, with closed minds, narrow perspectives, arrogance, and unwillingness to accept new ideas and concepts. Everyone should be brave to emancipate their minds, accept new things, boldly practice, and be good at learning. Those who are conservative and do not seek progress will not be welcomed and will be replaced. In other words, if you do not change your thoughts and concepts, we will replace you.
  5. Comprehensively improve employees' quality and develop good work and living habits.
  (1) Everyone is required to make progress and improve technical skills and quality, especially to implement "organize, tidy, clean, sweep, habit" on the production site, strictly following the 5S management concept for workshop management.
  (2) Do things right the first time to reduce accumulated errors. Our employees must be careful and meticulous during production and processing, doing the work correctly the first time. Only in this way can rework be reduced, product quality guaranteed, and production efficiency improved. Managers must also do well in planning, implementation, inspection, and improvement through the PDCA cycle.
  (3) Strictly implement all production rules and management systems, continuously improve production efficiency, improve production processes, and strive to increase production efficiency.
  (4) Behavioral norms, especially labor discipline. When at work, you must act like you are working, no procrastination. Anyone who hinders Qianchuan's development, regardless of seniority or personal relationships, will be decisively removed.
  6. Enterprise management depends on persistence and implementation. For management systems such as the "Morning Meeting System," "Performance Evaluation System," and "Employee Reward and Punishment System," we will strictly enforce the issued systems, eliminate the practice of "tight at first, loose later, collapse third, and only address problems when they arise." For areas where systems need improvement, we will actively revise and improve them, ensuring persistence and perfection, managing people by systems. We will wholeheartedly create an excellent and harmonious enterprise development environment, allowing employees to fully utilize their intelligence and talents, and welcome every employee to showcase their talents here with an open attitude.
