Qianchuan's First Essay Contest — "Working Like a Boss" Reading Reflection

  To improve employees' professional qualities and work enthusiasm, the company has uniformly purchased the study book "Work Like a Boss." It is now distributed to each center (branch factory, department, office). All employees are welcome to borrow from each other and submit a reading reflection of no less than 300 words by August 25, 2009. The company will conduct a unified evaluation of the submitted reflections and set up corresponding awards: 3 first prizes with a bonus of 200 yuan each; 5 second prizes with a bonus of 100 yuan each; and 10 third prizes with a bonus of 50 yuan each.
  At the same time, submission targets are assigned to each center, department, and office. Department heads will arrange specific personnel for submission. Employees who fail to submit the reading reflection on time will be fined 30 yuan per person. The specific submission targets are as follows:
  (1) Finance Department: no less than 7 articles. (2) Human Resources and Administration Department: no less than 6 articles; Safety Section: no less than 9 articles. (3) Marketing Center Regional Managers: no less than 7 articles; Marketing Department: no less than 2 articles; Business Department: no less than 6 articles; Customer Service Department: no less than 5 articles. (4) Quality and Technology Center: no less than 2 articles. (5) Manufacturing Center: First Branch Workshop Supervisors: no less than 6 articles; Second Branch: no less than 3 articles; Production and Material Control Department Production Planning and Scheduling Section: no less than 6 articles; Shipping Section: no less than 2 articles; Purchasing Section: no less than 3 articles; Electromechanical Section: no less than 1 article; Flatbed Workshop Engraving Machine Group: no less than 1 article.
