Qianchuan Wooden Doors becomes one of the first members of the Chengdu Decorative Building Materials Integrity Procurement Alliance

　　The Chengdu Decorative Building Materials Integrity Procurement Alliance was jointly initiated by the Chengdu Building Decoration Association, vice president units, some first-tier enterprises, design companies, and building material suppliers. It aims to integrate industry resources, implement group-based, intensive, and large-scale procurement, optimize and standardize material procurement and supply, alleviate supply and demand pressures, reduce operating costs for both parties, further regulate the material procurement market order, and promote the healthy development of the building decoration industry and material market order. On August 21, 2009, Qianchuan Wooden Doors became one of the first members of the Chengdu Decorative Building Materials Integrity Procurement Alliance.

　　This alliance serves as an internal group purchasing service platform for building materials in Chengdu's decoration industry. It is composed of influential architectural design and construction enterprises, design companies, building material suppliers, and related engineering, design, and supply professionals in the Chengdu area. Candidate units first register with the Chengdu Building Decoration Association, then are finalized after internal industry investigation and qualification verification, and are announced on industry websites and authoritative media. The alliance units will also establish a two-way information network platform, regularly providing engineering demand and building material information services to both supply and demand sides. Additionally, it leads the organization of various technical exchanges, lectures, forums, exhibitions, design competitions, and visits to building material supply and production enterprises, offering various information services and facilitating deep cooperation between both parties.

　　Furthermore, the Municipal Decoration Association manages the alliance by establishing dedicated integrity files and evaluation systems for member units, supervising the credit performance among members, and promoting the construction of an industry integrity system. If a breach of contract occurs between alliance members, the association first issues internal industry notifications and criticisms, publicly announces the breach on industry websites, and organizes tripartite coordination meetings to resolve the issue promptly. Therefore, the establishment of this alliance standardizes the services between design units and material suppliers, breaks the previous "unwritten rules" of procurement, allowing consumers to confidently entrust renovation and related matters to design units and enjoy high-quality services.
