　　Qianchuan Wooden Doors has introduced a large number of large-scale equipment, fully mechanizing every process of wooden door production. By adopting modern production technology, it not only shortens the product manufacturing time but also enhances the product's durability.

　　In the raw wooden door production process, equipment such as sanding machines, line wiping machines, cold presses, panel saws, slitting machines, knife grinders, polymer coating machines, wrapping machines, three-side planers, two-side planers, and vertical spindle milling machines have been introduced. Using these modern devices and technologies greatly shortens the production time of a single door blank. The four-side planer used by the company is a woodworking machine tool mainly used for processing wooden beams, boards, decorative wood moldings, wooden floors, and other wood products, planing the top, bottom, and sides of the wood. After adopting the four-side planer, the workbench surface of this process is hardened and more durable. Its spindle is specially processed for better precision. The feeding system uses a stepless speed regulation mechanism, with the feeding roller connected to the reduction mechanism via a universal joint to ensure smooth transmission and strong feeding power. The extensive use of the four-side planer reduces manual labor, shortening the raw door blank production time by ten times.

　　Regarding painting, Qianchuan Wooden Doors has shifted from the relatively outdated surface coloring to base coloring. Base coloring offers excellent transparency and layering (three-dimensional effect). Even if the wood grain is not very clear, this process can make the grain appear more distinct.
