2010 Qianchuan Comprehensive Upgrade - On-site Management 6S Edition

In order to further improve the on-site management level of Qianchuan Wooden Doors production and strive to lay a solid foundation for creating excellent Qianchuan Wooden Door manufacturing, Qianchuan fully launched the 6S on-site management activities in 2009.
The company established a 6S management activity leadership team and formulated specific implementation plans. These include setting up promotional boards, putting slogans on walls to deepen employees' understanding of the meaning of 6S, and using lines on the production site to designate specific areas for item placement to maintain a clean environment. Meanwhile, the workshop also carries out activities such as striving to create advanced machines, advanced teams, and labor competitions to build model workshops. Rational suggestions are collected from all aspects, with timely inspections, improvements, and corrections to form a long-term institutionalized 6S management mechanism. Through the continuous implementation of 6S on-site management activities, since 2009, all departments of Qianchuan Wooden Doors have established a harmonious and safe production environment.
