To enhance the company's soft power and brand image, and to improve employees' personal qualities and business etiquette, Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base held a business etiquette training for the company's administrative and logistics staff on December 14, 2017. More than 40 people participated in the training that day. The training was conducted by Tian Hui, an internationally certified etiquette trainer, a senior etiquette trainer certified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and a lecturer of the Hubei Etiquette Association lecturer team.

Lecturer Tian used rich practical cases and adopted a combination of text and images along with on-site interaction to introduce the main content, characteristics, and principles of business etiquette to the trainees. She comprehensively explained business etiquette knowledge including appearance and dress, speech and behavior, communication etiquette, reception etiquette, official etiquette, dining etiquette, and telephone etiquette, enabling participants to clearly understand dress codes, etiquette norms, communication language, communication skills, behavioral etiquette, and cultural differences between China and foreign countries in business activities.

To achieve better training results, Professor Tian also engaged with trainees through on-site interaction and coordinated demonstrations with several employees including Cheng Wenlei and Zhang Dezhi to create a lively atmosphere. This not only enhanced the participation and enthusiasm of the trainees but also deepened their understanding of business etiquette knowledge. The entire training site was filled with joy, and everyone mastered many practical social etiquette skills in a highly motivated learning atmosphere, strengthening mutual understanding and communication. The training was effective and received unanimous praise from the participants.

Details determine success or failure, and etiquette influences life. Advocating business etiquette is not only a trend of the times but also a practical necessity for enhancing corporate competitiveness during enterprise development.
