Regarding the 2009 Year-End Work Arrangement
Notice to all centers (departments, sections):
The work of 2009 is nearing completion. The company will conduct an in-depth summary of the year's work, determine the strategic goals for 2010, and make arrangements for the 2010 work plan. After company research, it has been decided:
1. All management personnel at the level of team leader (excluding) and above (including reserve management cadres) are required to submit an annual work report. The requirements for the report are:
1. The report should include two parts: a summary of the 2009 work and the 2010 work plan. The content should be based on facts and data, with a deep summary and a plan that is practical, executable, and controllable. Writing vague or perfunctory content is strictly prohibited.
2. The annual work summary should include:
(1) Work performance
(2) Job competence
(3) Work attitude
(4) Problems encountered during work, solutions to these problems, and any personal shortcomings.
(5) Team building
3. The work plan should include:
(1) Work objectives
(2) Time schedule
(3) Work measures
4. The report should be no less than 1000 words.
5. Reports will not be returned after submission; please keep a copy for your own records.
6. The work report will be used as a basis for evaluating outstanding performance and year-end rewards.
2. The review of the work reports will be conducted in two stages:
1. Work reports from grassroots management personnel (employees receiving monthly salary below section chief or workshop supervisor) should be submitted to the heads of each center or company department by December 30, 2008. Reviews will be organized by the center or company heads from January 3 to 6, 2009.
2. Work reports from middle and senior management personnel (section chiefs, workshop supervisors, and above up to center directors) should be submitted to the Human Resources and Administration Department before January 4, 2009. The company will organize a review on January 10, 2009, and hold the annual work meeting.
3. Review results will be submitted to the Human Resources and Administration Department for consolidation.
3. The year-end summary evaluation is divided into three units: Marketing Center, Manufacturing Center, and Company Departments. A forced distribution method will be adopted. The distribution ratio for the same rank is as follows: Excellent ≤10%, Good ≈25%, Competent ≈50%, Needs Improvement (Unsatisfactory) ≥10%. 4. Selection and recognition of annual outstanding employees and outstanding teams.
1. Schedule: Each center (department, section) is required to submit nomination lists and written materials for outstanding employees, outstanding team leaders, outstanding teams, outstanding quality inspectors, and outstanding managers before January 8, 2009. The nomination lists and materials will be publicly announced from January 10 to January 13, 2009. The time for the award ceremony will be determined according to the company's actual situation.
2. The selection plan is attached.
3. All centers (departments, sections) are requested to strictly follow the schedule.
