To strengthen the company's corporate culture construction, standardize the company's publicity manuscript release procedures, encourage employees to actively contribute, and continuously enrich the content of the company website and internal newspaper, the following management measures for submissions to Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd.'s website and newspapers are formulated:
1. Submission platforms: The company website and the "Entering Qianchuan" newspaper are platforms for employee submissions.

3. Employee submissions and manuscript publication
1. The News Editorial Department is responsible for recording important daily events and activities of the unit in text and pictures, collecting employee manuscripts, and encouraging employees to actively submit articles.
2. All manuscript content must be healthy and positive, objectively reflecting important events in the company's development, corporate culture construction and management theories, and employees' daily work experiences and reflections.
3. The News Editorial Department is the management department for company publicity manuscripts, responsible for reviewing, proofreading, and publishing all manuscripts.
4. Manuscripts related to company or departmental news and corporate culture construction must be reviewed according to the "Qianchuan Wood Door Website and Newspaper Submission Procedures" before being sent to the News Editorial Department.
5. All manuscripts should be sent to the News Editorial Department in electronic document form for review before publication. If the manuscript includes pictures, the names must be indicated. Manuscripts should indicate the author (or source) and the department.
6. Once a manuscript is selected, the News Editorial Department has the right to modify the text. If major content changes are needed, the author's consent must be obtained.
4. Manuscript remuneration standards
1. To encourage employees to actively submit, the company will regularly pay remuneration to authors based on the quantity and quality of published manuscripts.
2. General news reports: Reports on small-scale activities held by the company or departments: 10 yuan per article;
3. Employee reflections: Employees' daily life and work reflections within 1000 words: 30 yuan per article; 1000 words or more (inclusive): 40 yuan per article.
4. Special reports: Reports and summaries related to large-scale company events, 800-1500 words: 50 yuan per article; 1500 words or more (inclusive): 50-200 yuan per article.
5. Theoretical discussion manuscripts: Articles discussing company development, management, or professional topics: 50-300 yuan per article, remuneration standards determined by the News Editorial Department based on quality and approved by company leadership.
6. Photo manuscripts: Photographs of significant importance to the company's historical development are paid 10 yuan per piece; excellent photographs and artworks used in the internal publication are paid 10 yuan per piece.
7. Reprinted manuscripts are not remunerated; manuscripts actively interviewed by the News Editorial Department are comprehensive publication articles and are not counted as submissions.
5. Calculation and payment of remuneration
1. All manuscripts must be reviewed and published by the News Editorial Department before remuneration is calculated according to the above standards. Manuscripts not published are not remunerated.
2. At the beginning of each month, the News Editorial Department is responsible for counting the number of published promotional manuscripts from the previous month, determining remuneration, and after approval by company leadership, the Finance Department will include it in the payroll for payment.
6. Submission task allocation:
1. Human Resources and Administration Department: at least 1 submission per person per quarter.
2. Finance Department: at least 1 submission per person per quarter.
3. Marketing Center: at least 1 submission per person per quarter.
4. Engineering Department: at least 1 submission per quarter.
5. Manufacturing Center: at least 5 submissions per quarter.
6. After-sales Service Department: at least 1 submission per quarter.
7. Special Channel Department: at least 1 submission per quarter.
8. Warehouse and Procurement Sections: at least 1 submission per quarter.
7. Rewards and penalties:
1. The News Editorial Department will publish the submission status of each company and department quarterly. Those who fail to complete submission tasks will have their main responsible persons publicly criticized.
2. Active contributors will be candidates for outstanding correspondents in the company's annual selection.
8. The internal publication is issued on the 30th of each month, with the submission deadline on the 20th.
9. Please send submissions to the News Editorial Department.
10. The right to interpret these measures belongs to the Human Resources and Administration Department.
11. These measures have been officially implemented since March 2010.
