He is Luo Baitao, General Manager of Qianchuan Wooden Door Hubei Production Base. But in fact, he has another identity: he is a standing committee member of the Political Consultative Conference of Hong'an County.

　　The 10th Committee of the Political Consultative Conference of Hong'an County held its first plenary meeting, electing the chairman, vice-chairmen, secretary-general, and standing committee members of the 10th Committee. In this meeting, Luo Baitao was elected as one of the standing committee members.
