The first special training lecture of Qianchuan Wood Industry Quality Promotion Month was a complete success
On the afternoon of April 15th, the first special training lecture of Quality Promotion Month, organized by the Human Resources and Administration Department of Chengdu Qianchuan Wood Industry Co., Ltd., was successfully concluded amid enthusiastic applause from all logistics management personnel.
The special training on the quality management system is one of the key tasks of Qianchuan's Quality Promotion Month. Multiple related quality management knowledge training sessions will be conducted throughout the entire factory to enhance the quality awareness of all employees and improve the quality concepts of logistics management personnel. This training was led by General Manager Jiang Chunming, with the theme "Enhancing Quality Awareness." During the training, General Manager Jiang not only vividly explained what the "ISO9000" certification is but also focused on explaining the "Eight Principles of the Quality Management System," combining our production, work, and daily life realities with theory. This made the "Eight Principles of the Quality Management System" more feasible and practical in the actual work of Qianchuan employees, enabling every participant to understand the profound connotations of these principles.
Through this training, logistics management personnel gained a preliminary understanding of the "ISO9000" series of knowledge and realized the application of "ISO9000" and the "Eight Principles of the Quality Management System" in practical environments. This not only improved their professional skills but, more importantly, helped everyone understand the need to use scientific thinking and scientific working methods. This will assist Qianchuan in further improving service quality and market competitiveness in the future. It laid a foundation for comprehensively enhancing management that is scientific, standardized, and dynamic, aligning with modern and international management standards.
