In order to further strengthen the company's employee fire safety education, improve the ability to respond to emergencies, enable rapid and organized safe evacuation, and master the correct use of fire extinguishers and escape methods, with the care and support of the company leadership, and in accordance with the relevant requirements of the "Fire Emergency Plan," the 2010 "Qianchuan Wooden Door Fire Evacuation Drill" was launched on the afternoon of April 29th at the company plaza. Relevant company leaders were present to guide the drill, and more than 1,000 employees participated.
To achieve practical drill effects, the company specially collaborated with the police, hospital, and multiple parties for a comprehensive exercise. At 13:30, a sharp alarm sounded in the Qianchuan Wooden Door dormitory building. Safety officers in each area immediately organized employees to evacuate in an orderly manner according to the prescribed evacuation routes, quickly leaving the scene and reaching designated locations. The fire drill was divided into three stages: the first stage was emergency evacuation, the second stage was fire extinguishing, and the third stage was casualty treatment.
This drill also added a special assessment requirement for emergency evacuation: all personnel must evacuate to the company's designated safe area within 5-7 minutes, and the company's volunteer fire brigade completed the installation of all fire hoses within 2 minutes.
Through this fire drill, employees improved their ability to respond to emergencies and enhanced their fire safety awareness. They also mastered the operational steps and methods for general fire extinguishing equipment. During the drill, the department's collective sense of honor was elevated, and the organizational, command, and response capabilities of the company's safety work leadership team were also exercised.
After the drill, General Manager Mr. Jiang Chunming summarized the exercise, announced its complete success, and called on everyone to diligently practice fire safety knowledge, strengthen fire safety awareness, remain calm when a fire is discovered, and effectively carry out safety prevention work.
